All programs require a 30-day written OF BROWARD COUNTY notice if vacating a space in preschool; failure to do so will result in a penalty of one month tuition. The David Posnack JCC serves all residents of the community regardless of faith, ethnicity, age or disability. VACCINATION POLICY Beginning Wednesday, August 14, which is the first day of public school for 2019-2020, only children who are immunized will be accepted into the preschool and after-school programs. • Form 680 (the State of Florida immunization form) MUST be turned in p­ rior to child’s attendance and will be kept on file at the J. • These programs will no longer accept children with religious exemptions from vaccination. • Medical exemptions will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
