The summit was inaugurated by Mr. YaqoobSafer Al Balushi, Deputy CEO for Infrastructure and E-Services followed by a welcome keynote address by Eng. Bader Al Salehi, Director General, Oman National CERT. The event wasattended by over 150 participants who had an excellent opportunity to listen to an array of casestudy presentations and success stories from international experts as well as technology solutionproviders who shared their insights on globally renowned cyber security.The first day of the conference featured keynote presentations by Mr. Ayham Yassmineh, CriminalIntelligence Officer, Focal Point for Middle East and North Africa Region, INTERPOL GeneralSecretariat who introduced the audience to Interpol’s global complex for innovation.
