Our Director And 10 Business Champion Warren Chapman MIT, MCSE, MCNE, CCNA, CCA At the helm of NetEffects is Warren Chapman, an experienced and highly qualified IT professional and business owner. Having worked in the industry since 1992, Warren founded NetEffects in 1999, after identifying the industry need for a higher-quality IT service. Providing a high-value specialist service to customers is at the heart of Warren’s ethos. He understands that to do so, the NetEffects team must be exceptionally skilled with the highest level of industry certification. Investing in staff training and their ongoing education ensures that customers have access to the best IT advice and support, tailored for their business. Warren understands the importance of empowering his staff, enabling them to work autonomously, make confident decisions and take ownership of their projects. Our Results 13 Top Cut Foods slash their helpdesk tickets down to two per day. Top Cut Foods is a specialist Australian butcher, employing 140 staff across four time zones and eight sites. Operating 20 hours a day with 48 servers, they require sophisticated technology and high-level security to successfully run their business. In 2019, NetEffects was engaged to take over the management of Top Cut Foods’ IT systems. Supporting one IT employee, NetEffects were soon flooded with service calls, which necessitated additional helpdesk staff. Tracing the astronomically high number of helpdesk calls back to poor design and inadequate infrastructure, NetEffects consolidated the aged distributed data system into a central datacentre. Focused on fixing the root cause of each IT issue, within six months daily helpdesk tickets were significantly reduced. Today Top Cuts averages only two helpdesk tickets a day. Neteffects
