Felix Rafael A. Balde is a proud Bicolano born in Legazpi City, Albay. He initially focused on Visual Arts and participated and won in various visual arts contests both at the regional and national level during his elementary days. He later focused on Music and Swimming in his high school and college life. He attended Bicol University College of Education majoring in Music, Arts, PE and Health where he received an athletic scholarship due to his achievements as an athlete in swimming. He has also completed all academic requirements for his master’s degree in music education at Bicol University Graduate School.
During the pandemic, he served as a national teacher broadcaster for DepEd TV where he subsequently headed the Music/Audio department and served as film score composer, video editor, and graphics artist in the entirety of DepEd TV’s run.
