4 Numbers Take 10 ice cream sticks and help your child write the numbers from 1 to 10 on them. Then, put all the sticks together in order. 6 Take Away Cut a piece of sponge into smaller blocks. Ask your child to colour the sponge blocks using different paints and place them in a line. Call out a number. 8 Colours Cut a chart paper to form a circle. Divide the circle into equal parts. Paint them with different colours. Get coloured cloth clips and ask your child to pin the clips to the circle so that the colours match. 9 Plants and Trees Go for a walk with your child in a neighbourhood that has a variety of plants and trees. You can visit a local park or a botanical garden. Point out the different trees and small plants that you see, how they vary in size and shape and how different types of plants grow in different ways. 10 Flower Petal Art Collect petals from flowers of different sizes and shapes. Cut a rectangular piece of chart paper. Paste the petals on the chart paper using glue.
