It’s time to get creative to save this precious resource. Let’s make igloos using old news paper. Igloos or ice houses are generally built of snow and ice in very cold places. Set aside. b) Cut the papers into thin strips. c) Take an inflated balloon and secure it by using a couple of pieces of tape. d) Draw outlines for the bottom of the igloo and the doorway. e) Dip strips into the glue mixture, making sure to completely soak the paper.
