B HAquatics Personal Training Benefits of Private Swim Lessons Personal training is for everyone! Children can start as early as 6 months old. We offer private and semi-private lessons to meet your specific needs. A private swim lesson is one on one instruction. Private swim lessons are the most efficient way to learn how to swim. It’s also the least expensive in the long run because skills can be tailored to the individuals’ needs. Learning how to swim properly and smoothly is the route to one of the healthiest forms of exercise and important life skill. Private lessons are offered 7 days per week. A semi-private lesson is two adults or children per instructor. You can practice swimming at a time and day convenient for you. You can request a specific instructor. If your first instructor is not a perfect match, inform the Aquatics Director. He/she will find a more suitable instructor. Private lessons are perfect for individuals with special needs, in post rehab, or who are fearful of the water. Parent & Child Swim Classes Water Babies For young swimmers 6-36 months and parent(s).
