100 South Kingsway Architectural Studio 2 Location: Toronto, ON Description: Development of a residential project, located in a real lot. Ninth Line Community Centre Architectural Studio 4 Members: Angelyn Galendez & Sungmin Lee Location: Mississauga, ON Description: A collaborative project to design a new community centre on a real lot for the city of Mississauga. The design followed the zoning bylaws as well as a building program that was pro- vided. Software: AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion. SITE PLAN 10

Peterborough Art Gallery Course Name: Building Information Modeling Location: Peterborough, ON Description: This project was developed by creating a massing model that would be attached to an existing building. The mass would then be turned into an addition to the existing building. The project then formed into a commericial renovation project which involved demolitions. Conforming to the Ontario Building Code was done while designing the addition. Software: Revit, Lumion, Premiere Pro 3D VIEW 18

Unity Artist Live/Work Architectural Studio 5 Members: Angelyn Galendez & Phuong Nguyen Location: Toronto, ON Description: A collaborative project to design an artist live/work condominium on a real lot located in down- town Toronto. The design was created through concepts pre- sented in class, as well as foll- wing the Toronto guidelines and bylaws for highrise structures. Software: Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign. Fire Station Architectural Studio 6 Location: Brampton, ON Description: As a final studio project, the class was given a fire station as a renovation project. To further understand the problems that needed to be solved, the class visited the fire station and re- ceived a tour of the building. The issue presented was that firefighters are at high risk of cancer. To solve the living con- ditions of these fire fighters, research was first conducted to see typical layouts, as well as innovative designs and to incor- porate our solutions to reduce the risk of cancer. Software: Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, V-Ray. SITE PLAN 28

Ellipse Meditation Cabin Architectural Computer Visualization Location: Vale de Moses, Portugal Description: For the purpose of this class, we were given the task to find architectural competitions, and base our projects according to the chosen contest. The se- lected competition was the Vale de Moses Meditation Cabin. The owners of the meditation camp requestedcabins that could be replicated throughout the location that included space for theraphy and meditation.
