FITNESS AIKIDO FOR THE BEGINNER AND BEYOND Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that has no tournaments or competitions. Its focus is on mental and physical discipline through hand-to-hand, sword, and staff techniques, and is for people of all abilities. FITNESS FITNESS WITH CHELSEY ► PUNCH CARD Do you want variety in your workouts? Do you need some flexibility in your workout schedule? Our \"Fitness with Chelsey\" punch card will allow you to participate in your choice of Total Body Bootcamp (Tuesdays 6pm), Core Fusion (Thursdays 6pm), and Triple 20 (Saturdays 8am) classes. FITNESS PICKLEBALL Pickleball is a combination of ping pong and tennis and is perfect for adults who are young at heart. Play against others who love some friendly competition. Don't know how to play? Don't let it stop you -- the first 15 minutes of each session can be used to share rules, practice and warm up. Play will be first-come, first-served along with a rotation with others who show up to play. ARTS CERAMICS: CLAY EXPLORATION Experience the tactile art of working with clay! Designed for every level of artist, you'll start with a hand building project to learn some basic techniques, then progress to throwing on a pottery wheel.
