FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT The Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment at the Durban University of Technology, is now offering full 3 year Bachelor of Engineering Technology Degree (BEngTech),Bachelor of the Built Environment Degree (BBE) and 2 and 3 Diplomas in selected programs. The BEng Tech and the BBE qualifications will also allow for further articulation into the Masters and Doctoral programs. Graduates may register as candidates with a number of internationally affiliated statutory professional councils. The National Diploma and BTech qualifications are currently being phased out.
