ALL CONSIDERATIONS LEGAL MENDING OFFICIAL FIRST EDITION MINT Constitution of the VeVe Governmental Universe Preamble We, the members of the VeVe community, establish this Constitution of Succession O ce Rules to create a democratic and accountable government structure that promotes engagement, feedback, and an enjoyable collecting experience within the VeVe community. Recognizing the importance of community-driven governance, we establish the VeVe Government Universe (VGU) to serve as the governing framework for our collective aspirations. Article I: Government Structure 1.1 O cial Government Roles: 1.1.1 The VGU shall have o cial government roles known as \"O cial O ce\" or \"Double O.\" 1.1.2 The community shall elect individuals to these o cial roles through a democratic voting process. 1.2 Non-O cial Roles: 1.2.1 \"People Awards\" shall be honorary titles conferred by the \"Deep State,\" iff iff iffiffiff iff iff

ALL CONSIDERATIONS LEGAL MENDING OFFICIAL FIRST EDITION MINT 1.3 The Deep State: is a sovereign entity; philanthropic in nature dedicated to supporting and facilitating the government's operations. 1.3.1 Order 616; The Deep State shall operate as a private organization outside the jurisdiction of the VeVe government. 1.3.2 The Deep State are private stakeholders that shall contribute to government. Article II: Presidential Terms 2.1 Term Duration: 2.1.1 The President and Vice President are voted into o ce through a democratic voting process, and shall serve for a cycle of one-half of a VeVe season, equivalent to three months. 2.1.2 The Vice President shall be elected through a democratic voting process, independent of the President's selection. 2.2 Election of O cial O ces: 2.2.1 Elections for O cial O ces, other than the Presidency, shall take place one day before the Presidential Elections. 2.3 Impeachment and Votes: 2.3.1 All o cial o ceholders shall be subject to impeachment hearings and subsequent voting procedures for retention or removal, based on a wide range of reasons. 2.4 Approval Votes: 2.4.1 Presidential roles shall face approval votes every 30 days to ensure continued support and accountability. iffiff iffiff iffiff iff

Article III: People Awards 3.1 Position and Nature: 3.1.1 People Awards shall be semi-permanent titles that bestow in uence without necessarily granting power. 3.1.2 Similar to government roles, People Awards recognize individuals of signi cance within the community. 3.1.3 O cial O ces can be held simultaneously with as being a People Award (PA) Article IV: Rules Explanation 4.1 Presidential Terms: 4.1.1 Presidential terms shall last for one-half VeVe season (three months). 4.1.2 After completing one term, the President must vacate the o ce and participate in subsequent elections. 4.1.3 The incumbent President may run for o ce again, but they must wait for one full term before becoming eligible again. 4.1.4 During the waiting period, Presidents may not hold any other o cial role but can assume a People Award. 4.2 Events: 4.2.1 O cial O ce debates shall occur before elections to promote transparency and informed decision-making. 4.3 Reinstatement: iffiff iff iff iff iffiff if lf iffiff
