Denver could save funding on building costs by using what’s already available. Housing the athletes would be enough space in the inter city so need of building new hotels. Using Winter Park’s space and also the mountain area we should build apartments to accommodate the athletes then turn them to future low income housing. 12

Winner Park has an average temperature throughout the year of 45°F. Their average snowfall year is about 187 inches. Winter Park is a perfect place to host some of the outdoor winter Olympic Games, being one of the coldest places in Colorado. The resort area has 25 restaurants in the area and lots of activities to enjoy the mountain life. 13

How I Design The Denver 2026 Winter Olympics 14

When it came to design I focused on DIA and my logo inspiration came from the rooftop of the Denver international airport. Looking at the roof of the airport I saw the tepe inspirations so I started to sketch out different shapes. I came up with the abstract type of shape, not so much geometric. Once I started to develop my logo digitally, I noticed that the shape I created didn’t fully represent the roof so I thought I made it for a good design. 15

Fifth Element Ideas 18

This fifth element design took me some time to create. I use influ- ences from the Colorado state flag, and also line repetition from the rooftop at DIA. After doing a few sketches, I came up with a basic concept to translate my idea. 19

Pictograms The pictograms I feel, give good directions, and communicate with all different ethnicities. They have a more athletic look and look a bit slick. I do feel each pictogram represent each game well. 20
