OUR VENDOR PROGRAM MISSION Our Preferred Partner program provides value to our NLA family (Past Clients, Current Clients, Friends & Family), with an exclusive network of trusted & vetted vendors ready to provide service. PURPOSE To Provide a list of reputable and vetted Preferred Partners to our NLA Family. •  To Receive Leads & Referrals •  To Network with Businesses in our Community •  To Provide Value to our clients 7

OUR VENDOR PROGRAM Our Vendor Program is currently working hand in hand to develop relationships with Pierce and King County Vendors. Our hope is to expand in the future to neighboring counties such as Thurston, Kitsap, Mason, Lewis, & Snohomish. Which county or counties does your company service? NLA will have NO limit to the amount of Vendors we develop relationships with. However to remain an EXCLUSIVE list, we only add the 3 top vendors for each product/ category in each county, to maintain an active partnership with. Anything past the top 3, will be added to a BENCH. Vendors on the Bench can earn their way up to our top 3 positions, by maintaining quality work, sending us referrals, and partnering with NLA for the best win – win for our clients. As a Top 3 position becomes available due to a Top 3 member being removed, Benched Vendors can move up. Benched Vendors can also boot a Top 3 Vendor out and earn a position by following the “Stays in the Program” items on page 13, or providing better service than one of our Top 3 Vendors. 8

NLA VALUE PROPOSITION •  Part of an Exclusive List for a large real estate team (top 1% of WA and top 10% nationwide) •  Marketed on our public website •  Opportunity to get in front of our clients at our Client Appreciation Events •  Vendors providing us with the most referrals each month or providing exceptional service to our clients will be featured on NLA social media & newsletter •  Invited to mastermind events where you can network with NLA top vendors •  In front of a database of over 10,000 people 9

QUALIFICATION: HOW A VENDOR GETS INTO THE PROGRAM Vendors who are RECOMMENDED or REFERRED to NLA from our NLA Family (Past Clients, Current Clients, Friends & Family) will be invited to interview with an NLA representative. NLA will VERIFY PREVIOUS WORK checks out good, and if a partnership is agreed upon along with our visions aligning, they will be added to our Vendor list either in the Top 3 or benched. 10

QUALIFICATION: HOW A VENDOR STAYS IN THE PROGRAM To maintain their position on the NLA Vendor List (Top 3), Vendors will need to be reliable and SHOW UP to jobs on time and prepared. They will be expected to provide & maintain QUALITY SERVICE. Vendors must also be BOUGHT INTO THE NLA MISSION – VISION – VALUES, and reciprocate the gift of sending us REFERRALS. 11

QUALIFICATION: HOW A VENDOR GETS REMOVED FROM THE PROGRAM Vendors on the NLA Vendor List can be removed completely or Benched by: •  No call – No show •  No Win-win •  Not maintaining a positive professional culture •  Never sending any referrals when a Benched Vendor Is 12
