Puerta De Hierro) located in the heart of Jalisco, Mexico (Address: Km32 Carretera GDL-Nogales, El Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico 45350)THE ARTISANAL PROCESS:CLAY OVEN COOKED AGAVE:Puerta De Hierro uses the Best Agave thatwas carefully planted to guarantee the bestquality of their tequila. The agave is slowcooked in a traditional clay stone oven topreserve the smooth and sweet flavors ofagave. NATURAL FERMENTATION: Gran Cava De Oro is fermented by a natural fermentation process. TRADITIONAL DOUBLE DISTILLATION: Gran Cava De Oro was a result of slow double distillation using Tequila traditional stills. AGED IN FRENCH WHITE OAK BARREL: Gran Cava De Oro was aged in French white oak barrel (the second posture of Red Wine), giving the exquisite texture of the Tequila. 2 2
