Managers’ Message Happy Spring Montesa Residents! Spring has certainly sprung here in our beautiful desert. Wow, just a few years ago we never thought we’d hear ourselves say the words “beautiful” and “desert” in the same sentence, LOL. During our few years here at Montesa we have come to appreciate the beauty of the desert fauna and animals just across our fence line. It does not take long for visitors and new residents alike to fall in love with our warmer, winter and spring weather. And what about that view of the Superstition Mountains just across the highway with hiking and ATV trails galore along with the incredible sunsets we have been enjoying lately?! Thank you to all who have been wearing your mask faithfully and following the guidelines set forth for our protection. This allows each person using a room, amenity, or attending an event to enjoy it without feeling uncomfortable. Hang in there with us as we continue doing our part to make Montesa as safe a place as possible to live and play. As time rolls by, remember to make the most of each moment. Have you paid a good deed forward lately? Did you remember to count your blessings today? Have you sent a thank you card or just thinking of you lately card? Maybe you are a card and have the gift of making others laugh. Laughter truly is the best medicine. Did you know studies show that adults laugh an average of 17.5 times per day while children laugh 300-400 times per day? Yikes! If you are behind in your laughter quota, seek out something funny to watch, read, or better yet, call that person who always makes you laugh and enjoy a good, endorphin inducing, belly laugh. From Our Activities Director Spring is in the air. But, wait hasn't it been spring all winter long. We have been so fortunate to have had such great weather this winter season. With most of our events held outside it has been amazing. I have loved being outdoors, enjoying the patio and beautiful views that we have here at Montesa. It has certainly been different and yes, even a little humorous as we prepare for different events. I think I have looked at weather.com more than ever before. :) We are still in full swing with events planned , scavenger hunts, concert, happy hours, St Patrick’s Day, movies, Drive Bys..…. We love to see you! It always makes me happy to see you out and about enjoying this beautiful area that we live in.!! You are all an inspiration !! Sherri Hello to our Montesa residents. Can’t you just feel the love out there in this month of hearts and flowers?!!! Hope you are all staying healthy. For those of you that have purchased new homes here in the last year and are still under warranty, Cal-Am is just rolling out a great new Warranty Service Organization and process that I will be happy to tell you about if a warranty issue arises for your home. Please call me at the office when that occurs and I will give you all the information you need to submit a warranty request. Please come to coffee next Monday AM as I will be giving out double tickets to our monthly drawing to be held on March 1st for a beautiful gift basket. This is the time of year that we have many visitors looking at Montesa and the homes for sale here. Thank you all for being so welcoming as we drive around.
