WELCOME TO VALLE DEL ORO! NEWSLETTER October 2020 FROM THE MANAGERS Welcome Home! How great it is to have you here! A big shout out to our summer residents who have kept themselves well and their time occupied. We welcome those that have VALLE DEL ORO come for the first time. We are so excited RV RESORT that after our long, hot summer which was 1452 S. This summer Cal-am provided our office staff with computers so they could work from home. Darwin, Nicole and myself have worked all sum- mer to ensure needs were met, projects were done, emails and phone calls were answered and to ensure the summer residents knew we were here for them. We ask that if possible you use your own equipment when you play sports or meet to play games. When you play games or meet in our rooms please do not leave anything behind such as pillows, games or supplies. Crafts must be taken home when finished and not stored in any room. No sharing of food such as potlucks are permitted in our rooms. Please sanitize all equipment, chairs, tables, or any surface before and OFFICE HOURS after use for your safety and others. Each summer Cal-am puts back into their communities to keep them current & equity strong for their residents. We realize this has been a difficult summer for many people. We are so grateful for wonderful residents who support and love each other. Continue to wave and smile even under the mask. We are making history this season. FROM THE ACTIVIES DIRECTOR Hello everyone! Happy fall! The weather is finally starting to break and we cannot be more happy to be moving the fun outside! The fall season will revolve around outdoor activities. We have some new and different ideas to keep the party going this season. Our Activities team is excited to throw our first Fall Festival in the Northeast parking lot. We will be showing two poolside movies in the evenings, including free popcorn and sodas-YUM! And last but not least we cannot wait to get dressed up for a spooky new Halloween parade! We will have candy and prizes for all the participants, so get to brainstorming your costumes. We are excited that almost all of our rooms are back open at this time. Be sure to get registered on our email list for room, class and event updates. Since the world is ever changing, daily and weekly email blasts are your best source of info on all the latest news.
