February 2021 Time flies, seems just like yesterday that I was wri ng the January 2021 newsle er. Looks like we made it through January in decent shape, it’s certainly been a crazy month hasn’t it. One that will go down in history. Lets put it behind us and move into the month of love. Tom Brady is back in the Super Bowl, this me in Pewter and Red, oh right the Chiefs are there too. This one is the Father Son game. We are going to have a Super Super Bowl Party in the Courtyard. This outside event will have a 150 person limit, we will start with the small screens around the courtyard (we are adding three for the game) and as it gets dark we will move to the Big Screen. It’s going to be fun. Put it on your calendar now. Specials at the Cactus Grill and some fun things happening during the game. Right a4er the Super Bowl we come into Valen nes Day, which we are going to celebrate in style this year. More details to come. Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday is on Feb 16th and we will make it a day to remember, or maybe forget, depends on what you do that day. Then star ng on the 21st is the 2021 Annual Towerpoint Fes val. Theme this year is going to be “Celebrate You” the Spirit and Backbone of Towerpoint”, decora ons will be the 70’s so it should be fun. Because of COVID protocols and to keep everyone safer, we are going to modify the fes val some. We will have the Annual Photo Show on Sunday and have 6 outdoor concerts from some of our favorite bands. Our Annual Parade will be happening on Feb. 27th. This Parade anything goes, let your imagina on run wild and let’s get tons of par cipa on. It’s a great week to celebrate the Spirit and Tenacity of Towerpoint Resort. We will be doing lots of Facebook live and videos so those that unfortunately can’t make it this year will at least be able to feel like in a virtual way you are here. We have some other fun ac vi es planned for the week so it should be one that we will remember fondly. They call February the month of love and this one sure will be. We love, that for those of us here, we can be together even if we are physically distanced. We love that so many are making plans to return in the fall and winter next season. We can con nue to be safer, by all coopera ng and following the COVID protocols in place. So far we are doing pre y well, so let’s keep it up. The Best is Yet to Come DJ There are some great new Resort Homes that I would love all of you to see. E114 is just wrapping up the build and will be completed shortly. It is a beau ful home and I would love to give all of you a personal tour during February. I am here working hard for you everyday. Trying to make sure that I can get you in the right home to make your me here at Towerpoint the best that it can be. February 7th, 2021 4:30 pm Come watch the big game in the Courtyard on one of 9 televisions that will be available. The Big Projec on Screen will be on and viewable as soon as it gets dark. The game sound will be broadcast on speakers that will cover the whole Courtyard. The Cactus Grill will be open throughout the game and will be running specials for the day. It’s the Father/Son game this season with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hos ng Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. It looks to be a great game and one for the record books. Make your plans to join us in the Courtyard for a great me. We need any excuse for a party these days, so let’s make this a super one. No ckets needed. 4

RV’ers Reserve a site for the 2021-22 Season We are currently booking reservations for the 2021-2022 season. If you are on site currently, and would like to Book the same site, now is the time. You have until February 15th to make your reservation with a $250 deposit for the 2021-22 season on the site you are currently occupying. On February 16th 2021 we shift to Open Enrollment for Site Reservations for next season. Any site without a site reservation on the 16th, is available to be reserved for the 2021-22 season, on a (irst-call (irst-reserved basis. Sorry but you can only book one season in advance. At this time we are only accepting Reservations for a minimum of three months during the high season (Jan - March). A $250 deposit is required at the time of making the reservation. We are expecting that the 2021-22 is going to be an amazing season as we move through the current pandemic and into better days.
