Dear Montesa family, Sometimes when life throws you a curve ball, you’ve got to reach out and catch it and the sidewinder that was recently pitched, really threw your managers for a loop, receiving a job opportunity from a company we had applied for at the same time as Cal-Am. We’ve so very much enjoyed being a part of all the fun-filled adventures here with all of you at Montesa, which is just one of the many reasons this awesome community is such a premiere place to call home. That is why making the decision to depart was such a difficult one. We will be continuing to work alongside and sharing special moments with our favorite age group – seniors! What will change, is our jobs will take us to many different destinations throughout this beautiful country we live in, fulfilling our desire to travel, which is something that has not been easy for us to do for one reason or another, mostly because we usually find ourselves traveling to see all the family members we miss in Minnesota. We have great faith the right long-term managers will be found, ready to bring lots of positive energy and drive to the Montesa family, that it so deserves! There is no doubt that we will take many fond memories with us of all the lively and thoughtful residents we’ve had the fortunate pleasure of getting to know, along with its truly remarkable employees, who never cease to impress us with their ability to bring smiles to those around them. Thanks to all, for making us feel welcome, right from the start. We hope that you will bring your friends and family who may be visiting to see our new homes. Starting immediately, new homes will be open every Saturday moming; from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for anyone who wants to walk through .. Don't forget tlhat you get two months free lot rent when the person you referred purchases a new home here at Montesa. We hope you will stop at the Sales Office to say \"hello\". Patti and I are available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to show you and your family/friends new homes as well as pre-owned homes if you prefer a one-on-one appointment. You may have also noticed that we have a number of new homes under construction. These new homes should be completed by early summer, but we do not have the prices on any of the homes under construction just yet.
