A Note from Your Managers Hello Towerpoint!! Happy Fall! We are so excited to have the resort filling up! The buzz of friends connecting, laughter in the air, and a full courtyard warms our hearts! We love seeing those we met last season return, meeting returning residents who weren’t able to make it last year (Hello our Cana- dian friends!) and of course greeting new residents! We had a blast with everyone at the Manager’s dinner and Halloween party! We thank our team and all the volunteers, and can’t express how appreciated you are. Nicole, our new AD, has brought us a lot of fabulous new bands in the last month and I’m happy to hear that everyone has been enjoying them. We appreciate the feedback! Our bar is in full swing with a fresh new look, the A team at the helm, and more TVs to enjoy foot- ball! Guest Services has been non-stop making reservations, getting everyone registered, and ensuring they get your questions answered. We are very thankful for our team! Our work campers and seasonal hires are getting on the ground running and adding to the strength and collaboration of our team to take the best care possible of our residents and community. We welcome you, thank you and please let us know if you are in an RV and interested in joining the team. There is so much more excitement to come in the months ahead, we can’t wait! A special call out to my fellow military members and Veterans and everyone who supports us. John and I hope you can join us at our Veteran’s Day Celebration! It has been a wonderful couple months getting to know some of our fantastic residents and learning what makes Towerpoint so special! I am excited to continue movies on the patio in November and have a Turkey Hunt at the end of the month. Music on the patio will be Mon. Wed. Thurs. Fri. 3-6pm for the fall months. One of November’s most important events is Veteran’s Day. It is a day to thank the heroes who protect our country. Thank you for your service! From your Activities team, we hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. May we all take this time to be thankful for the friends and family in our lives.
