NEWSLETTER V JANUARY 2023 VALLE DEL ORO 2023 came in with a bang! What a fantastic NYE celebration with so many RV RESORT of you. We are sending out a group hug to all our wonderful Valle del Oro residents as you return to see once again how the West Is Fun. We have 1452 S. We have been plan- ning activities to ensure you have a rootin’ tootin’ good time here at VDO. We have Music on the Patio 7 days a week so dust your boots off and meet us on the dance floor! Country Store is the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month and this year we are offering a delicious cowboy (and cowgirl) breakfast with many options including Chef Keith’s famous, biscuits and gravy. Yee Haw! Wyatt Earp has been portraying his famous relative in his one man play, “Wyatt Earp; A Life on the Frontier” since 1996 and we are lucky to have him here in our ballroom on January 23rd at1:00. Grab your free ticket in the box office. As we welcome a new year, we also welcome the start of our specialty meals on the patio, rotating between steak, chicken and ribs. Finger lickin” good! Did someone say, cowboy craft? You can mosey on to the Monterey room and make a diamond painted feather bookmark scheduled on Jan. 17th. Space is limited so sign up now. VDO is also celebrating their 40th Anniversary, so we are going to get some neon going and celebrate 80’s style. Make sure you get to the costume shop to get your parachute pants and join the party. Stop by the ballroom and the patio on the 13th at 11:30 to see all of the clubs, sports teams, recreation groups, cards, games and so much more that is available for you. Special Events 2022-2023 Non-Denominational Bible Study A non-denominational Chapel Service is held in the ballroom every Sunday at 10:00 AM with a Weekly Bible Study in the theater rm, Tues 7-8 PM Communion served the first Sunday of the month. starting Jan 7th.
