My New Year’s Eve resolution was to quit all my bad habits, but then it occurred to me, nobody likes a quitter! Welcome aboard the Valle del Oro cruise to fun! It’s a new year and we have so many great activities planned for the upcoming season. Our theme for the month of January is, Yacht’s of Fun! We are starting off with by not only extending music on the Patio from 4:00 – 7:00, but we are adding Sat- urdays as well. Let’s dock and roll! On January 5th, The Piano Man Dinner Show, for all season ticket holders to the concert series, will begin at 5:30 in the Ballroom. Because you are all so S’whale, you can grab your free tickets in the Box office for the Ship Happens concert on January 10th. The Cal-Am concert Series begins on Jan. 12th with the show, Oh Canada and Tennessee River is 2 weeks later on Jan. 26th. Come down to the Patio and Sail-abrate good times on Friday, January 7th at 11:00 am for the Pass- port to Fun Activity Fair. You will get a chance to see all of the fun options to fill your days here at VDO. Rich Mancini will be performing from 11:00 – 1:00. It’s a shore thing that on Jan. 19th we will be having a drive in movie featuring Overboard with Gold- ie Hawn and urt Russell, so meet us in the parking lot at 5:15. Burgers, hotdogs and fries will be available to purchase. We will also be serving free popcorn and soda. On second thought, maybe I should rethink my resolution and stop with the bad puns. But until then, “seas the day” and don’t forget to check out the email blasts, monthly newsletter and the Passport to fun for yacht’s of fun things to do.
