Happy New Year to all, DJ here the Towerpoint Ac vi es Director. What a crazy year 2020 was, glad it is behind us. As I sit here thinking about 2021 and what it’s going to bring our way, I am reminded that the first weeks of January are always filled with Hope and excitement for the New Year. We are faced with some challenges this year for sure but nothing that we as a community cannot overcome. As we did the last part of 2020 we are able to do most of what life is about here at Towerpoint. Sure there are some things we are just not able to do because of COVID, but it sure does seem like you are making the best of it. I appreciate all of you working with us to make Towerpoint safer during the pandemic and working hard to follow the policies and protocols we have in place, and flexing when those do change on us. Let’s keep an open mind and spirit as we walk through 2021 and stay flexible, kind and caring and gentle with one another and Let’s Have Fun. I am working hard to keep bring new and fun things for us to keep busy. Scavenger Hunts, virtual games, Carousing in the Courtyard (6 days a week), drive thru lunches, and some other fun things I am developing for all of us to par cipate in. It’s a great season to get out and walk, exercise, par cipate in some new cra7s, learn a new sport like tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and others. I am always looking for ideas for new ac vi es, if you have any ideas let me know. Be kind to one another, the staff and yourself this January. We are s ll under the COVID Regula ons we have been for a while. Temperatures taken at the entry to the Courtyard (100.4 and above and you will have to head back home), wear a mask in all common areas at all mes except when ea ng or drinking, stay physically distanced (67) apart as much as possible (treat each other like we have the flu), wash hands o7en (or sani ze) don’t touch hands, nose or eyes. Avoid large gatherings as much as possible. In essence be wise and use common sense and we will all be safer and we can con nue to keep thing open for use around the Resort. Let’s all work together and do it with kindness and we will all stay safer. DJ A Very Happy 2021 to all of you residents, I am so looking forward to a be=er year this year than last. I am s ll selling homes and seeing some trending up in the Rental areas. I have some great new homes on site ready to move in, one being finished shortly and we can always build custom homes just the way you want it. We have a fun Incen ve program this month, check out the sales ad further into the newsle=er. I am excited to get this year underway and as always I am here to serve you in anyway that I can. Happy New Years Folks, let’s get the party started. Shawn 3
