NEWSLETTER January 2021 VALLE DEL ORO Happy New Year! RV RESORT It’s January! We are here together in 1452 S. Ellsworth Rd 2021 and counting our blessings for a Mesa AZ 85209 new start and a new year. We have had to live our life like a 480-984-1146 chameleon in an ever changing environment. Happy New Year to our friends and family at VDO and those at home! We hope you enjoyed your New Year’s Eve, no matter what way you decided to ring in the new year. Your Activities team looks forward to returning and new visitors in January. Here in Activities, we’ve been keeping an eye on “National Days” to cele- brate with some themed drive thrus. For National Milk Day, we will be offering a complimentary Milk and Cookies Drive thru on January 13. For National Blueberry Pancake Day, we will be having a breakfast in the parking lot, with different seating times, on January 27. We are also excited to offer the popular Taco Salad in a drive thru format on January 8! On January 20, we will also offer a drive thru with Broccoli Cheddar or Clam Chowder in a Bread Bowl- YUM! The last two drive in movies have been such a hit, that we decided to have another one in January! The film will be “Ford v. Ferrari.” We will keep a close look at the weather in hopes of a warm evening- so keep your eye out for an email announcing a date! 2020 has been a tough year for many people, but we are excited to start a new year and hope it brings you and yours health and happiness. Our plan for the remainder of the season is to provide you with a safe and fun environment. Let’s keep the fun going by being safer and respecting each other! Nicole Cristy Activities Director We are excited to announce over 100 homes sales this year so far! We sell over 100 homes a year so we are selling over record’s pace. We have a great inventory of new & brokered homes for sale! With so many to choose from we have a home for everyone. It has been a busy start to this season and we are looking forward to what’s to come. Please join us on for Special Events Open House on Wednesdays 11-1pm. as we preview our new homes on the “Street of Dreams”. Three homes from our Street of Dreams have SOLD and 2 new homes w/ custom AZ room. Remember, these new homes are for sale NOW but won’t be around much longer. We are showing homes with masks and gloves keeping everyone safe! Ask about our Special Incentives, Trade in’s, Free Rent Referral Program and Cal-Am’s new Direct Financing Program.
