Please take a moment to review the Park Rules and Regulations in order to ensure necessary compliance. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE ON THE CARPORT OR SURROUNDING THE HOME AND MUST BE REMOVED PROMPTLY PER RESORT GUIDELINES: 1. Appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc.) 2. Household furniture (only patio furniture, exercise equipment & BBQ’s are permitted) 3. Building materials (lumber, bricks, ladder, etc. prohibited) 4. Clotheslines 5. All tools, gardening equipment, toolboxes, brooms, mops, boxes, vehicle parts and misc. items must be stored in the approved shed or inside the home. (Large toys & bicycles may be kept neatly on the carport) 6.
