Hello and Bonjour from the Activities Office, We are so excited that the Canadian border is open. We are ready to welcome our guests with so many fun things to do! We have added some new Fitness classes to our activities calendar. If you are a water lover, can try Aqua Zumba on Fridays. We are also offering the latest in exercise- Tabata, Bollywood , and High Low Fitness classes. Many other classes, recreation options and games are starting up this month also. You can read all about it in the Passport to Fun. Coffee and Donuts will be every Tuesday at 8 AM so you can get the current updates on what is happening at VDO. For a brief monthly over view though: Music on the Patio is in full swing with bands every night from 4 – 6, so you can boogie woogie woogie all afternoon long. Country store will be starting on Thursday November 4th and will be happening twice a month. Join us for dinner and a drive-in movie on November 6th. Gates open at 5:00 and Queen Bees premiers at 6:00 pm. The Veterans program will take place at 11:00 on November 10. If you are a veteran please send in your information and pictures to the box office and get your free lunch ticket. No time for a siesta because we’re having a Fiesta!! Get your free ticket in the box office and let’s party on Wednesday, November 17 from 4-8. Don’t forget to wear your current name badge and your sombrero! Winding down the month we are grateful to celebrate Thanksgiving with chef’s carved turkey. Let’s gather together at 12:30 on Monday Nov. 22nd.
