We are enjoying our time here at Sunflower. We and our team are excited to provide premier entertainment and the quality lifestyle you deserve. Every day is another opportunity to make new friends and enjoy life to the fullest in the Arizona sun. There are lots of fun activities, shows and events planned for March. Be sure to join us each Tuesday morning for complimentary coffee and donuts on the Cactus Grill patio, to hear what the activities team has planned for you. March is spring break time, and the grandchildren are coming. Please follow the resort guidelines for the kids’ time at the pool area and keep the sun lotions and oils to a minimum. For those who will be returning home this month; be sure to see Guest Services to stop your sewer & trash. You will also need to turn in your forwarding address and mailing labels. Those of you who have chosen to extend your vacation with us “we’re happy you’re here”! We have some exci�ng New Home Models that will be arriving this month so keep an eye at for the Sales Party to Welcome in our new homes to the Sunflower RV Resort. The Sales office is here to help in any way that we can. If you are looking to sell your home or maybe even interested in trading your home in, don’t hesitate to stop by and talk with the Sales Team. Our whales have successfully migrated back to the Ac�vity Office. Thanks to all the ambi�ous residents who par�cipated in loca�ng them on their journey! We had a rockin’ February with Jimmy Buffet and Journey tribute concerts, cheered for our teams at Super Bowl, and danced the evening away on Valen�ne’s Day. March is bringing us more warm weather and the flower blooms of Spring. Sigh … Wait! Don’t relax too much. We have a very busy March in store! Be prepared for Mardi Gras, Queen Na�on Tribute Band, our own Sunflower Playhouse performance of Red Hot Mamas, St. Patrick’s Day parade/celebra�on, Sock Hop, and 60’s Woodstock. You’ll con�nue to be entertained with great bands, music bingo, pub trivia, and much more. Robyn has prepared some great cooking classes and don’t miss out on Ken Sorenson’s insigh�ul lectures, Resident Cra� Bazaar, Spring Vendor Fair, and Ar�san Show. A special thank you to those who contributed to the “Band Review” requests. Keep them coming! The review sheets are s�ll available at the Ac�vity Office. Make sure the receipt is legible, not wrinkled and has only the item you wish to be reimbursed for on the receipt. Receipt must be a vendor receipt with name/ address etc. on it, not just a created piece of paper. If you have any questions make sure you speak with Scott in the Activities Office prior to making your purchases. Any purchases that exceed $100 must be approved by the Activity Director PRIOR to purchase.

Initial Setup Steps to Order Food Online 1. Open your App Store or Google Play store. a. Search Cal-Am Resorts. GET app b. Or if you are on a computer you can open web browser and type in www.togoorder.com/web/4414#/ 2. Open and Sign Up or Login if you have already created an account. a. Click Sign up under Remember Me (Don’t have your free account yet? Sign Up) b. Fill out all information. Type in everything manually. Do not use auto populate i. If a box is highlighted blue or yellow, the website will not see that section as complete. c. Password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include a capital letter and at least one number. 3. Click Place an Order and the Map and locations pop up a. Scroll Down and choose Sunflower RV Resort (11a-8p) or Bistro (8a-11a). Click on Star to add to favorites i. Click Place and Order 4. Click Order from Table a. Input Table Number – Include Letter and Number 5. Click Continue 6. Add Food or Drink. Many options allow you to customize your order before you add to the cart. 7. Click add to cart 8. Click Cart/Check Out button (right side middle screen) a. Verify order and table number (this is the screen where you can make or delete items by tapping on item name) b. ALWAYS verify table number 9. Click Checkout 10. Enter cell phone number as your “callback number” 11. Choose a tip. (required to complete order) 12. Enter Credit Card information a. Billing address needs to be the address attached to the card. b. Type in everything manually. Do not use auto populate i. If a box is highlighted blue or yellow, the website will not see that section as complete. c. Check the “Save this card information for all future purchases” prior to completing the order 13. Click Complete Order 14. THANK YOU screen comes up. You can now place orders with ease. You just need your login information and your CVV code at check out. Edit/Remove Items  Go to check out screen  Tap on item o To Edit; make changes here and click on Done Edit o To Remove; click remove at the bottom right of the screen  Return to check out screen
