WELCOME to Superstition views at canyon vistas It is a pleasure to have you join our community. The Management and Staff are committed to providing you with quality service and hope your stay with us will be an enjoyable one; creating many lasting memories and making many new friends. We hope you will enjoy the many events, classes and activities available for your enjoyment. Our activities depend on many volunteers and we thank them for their many hours of community service. The many wonderful Guests and Staff together, make Superstition Views the wonderful community that it is today! The following Policies and Guidelines are intended to make living at Superstition Views comfortable by promoting the safety, well being and quiet enjoyment of each Guest. They also set guidelines for the appearance of individual RV’s and Resort homes and the Site they occupy, thus helping preserve the value of each Guests’ property and the Resort. The Resort reserves the right to amend the Policies and Guidelines as the needs of the Resort and Guests change. These Policies and Guidelines will be enforced consistently, fairly and equally with reasonable notice to correct violations. Superstition Views reserves the right to terminate or refuse renewal in the event there have been infractions of these Poli- cies and Guidelines. This includes home site care, Architectural Standards and conduct by Guests and/or their visitors that interferes with the safety, quiet and enjoyment of the Resort. All Resort recreational and/or common area facilities, amenities, and activities are subject to change, replacement, closure (temporary or permanent), modification, renovating, remodeling and/or replacement at any time, without any change or reduction in the rent that Residents pay. Resort Management reserves the right to restrict or change the use of any facility as to existence, hours, purposes and conduct, in Management’s sole discretion. The rent paid by Residents pays for a Home Site on which the Residents' recreational vehicle or Park Model unit may be installed, with the required utility outlets supplied by Landlord under applicable law. Such rent does not guarantee use of any facility or attendance at any activities. Management and Staff of Superstition Views Resort Policies and Guideline document cannot be modified by a Resident Working Together Today for Tomorrow’s Lifestyle 3

AMENITIES ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AS TO COVID-19 CAUTION: This is a release of legal rights. Read and understand it before entering or using any of the Facilities. ALL USE OF THE FACILITIES IS AT RESIDENT’S OWN AND SOLE RISK AND IS PURSUANT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN IN CONSIDERATION OF RESIDENT BEING PERMITTED to use the Resort’s facilities and equipment, and subject to the limitations of A.R.S. § 33-2106, Resident, by using the Resort’s facilities as defined hereun- der, freely and willfully agrees to the following terms: 1. AMENITY USAGE: The Resort offers amenities for Residents’ use, though these amenities are all sub- ject to temporary or permanent closure at Management’s sole discretion. Reasons for temporary or perma- nent closure include, but are not limited to, remodeling, force majeure, pandemic (including, but not limited to, COVID-19), community spread of COVID-19 or other pandemic, replacement of a facility, obsoles- cence, and the like. Use of amenities is not guaranteed, and Resident’s rent allows Resident the use of the rented home site but does not guarantee that any or all Resort amenities will be open, existing, or available during Resident’s stay. Amenities that may be available, without guarantee, include (without limitation) the clubhouse, pool, gym, billiards room if any, facilities and equipment within the clubhouse and other are- as of the Resort. These amenities and facilities are collectively referred to herein as the “Facilities”. 2. COVID-19 is a constantly evolving situation. The Resort’s approach to COVID-19 will be in accordance with all State, Local, and Federal Government directives. This may involve closure of various facilities, requirements of wearing face coverings and reduced capacity at facilities to maintain physical distancing when necessary. In addition, we are taking “best practice” advice from health professionals which may ex- ceed the mandated restrictions. We reserve the right to amend our policies at the resort's sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding and compliance. 3. RISKS: Resident is aware of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Resort strongly advises Resident to visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html for information about COVID-19. COVID-19 may cause severe illness and even death. Arizona has community spread of COVID-19. COVID-19 is a viral illness that spreads from person to person via various methods, including, but not limited to, touch and airborne particles. Symptoms can range from mild (or no symptoms) to severe illness or death. A person can become infected by coming into close contact (about 6 feet) with someone who has COVID-19. A per- son may become infected from respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. A person may also become infected by touching a surface or object with the virus on it, and then touching the person’s face. There is a vaccine for COVID-19. We STRONGLY encourage all Residents and Guests to get the vaccine. It may not stop transmission of the disease but it may lessen the severity in some cases. 4

AMENITIES ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AS TO COVID-19 (continued) RISKS (continued): The best protection is to avoid being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19. The U.S. Centers for Dis- ease Control and Prevention’s (“CDC”) COVID-19 Guidance suggests, in relevant part: (a) staying home as much as possible and avoiding close contact with others; (b) wearing a cloth face covering over your nose and mouth in public settings; (c) cleaning and disinfecting frequently-touched surfaces; (d) washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol; (e) completing activities online as much as possible (rather than in person); (f) if you must go somewhere in person, staying at least 6 feet away from others and disinfecting items you must touch; (g) getting deliveries and takeout and limiting in-person contact as much as possible; and (h) staying home if you are sick, except to get medical care. Everyone is at risk of getting COVID-19. Older adults and people with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk for more severe illness. Resort has made Resident aware of the risk of contracting COVID-19. Resident understands that if Resident uses Facilities, Resident may contract COVID-19. Resident will review the CDC’s Guidance and website and the Arizona Department of Health’s website and guidance regarding COVID-19, available at https://www.azdhs.gov, before using any Facilities. Resident has reviewed those sources and is willing to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 in using any Facilities. Resident uses any Facilities at Resident’s own, sole risk. 4. HEALTH/SAFETY: Resident should consult with a medical doctor regarding Resident’s use of Facilities. Resident should have and maintain health insurance. Resident will not use any Facilities if Resident has COVID-19 symptoms, a fever, cough, or feels ill. Resident will obey all posted signs and instructions, and directives of Management, while visiting the Resort. Resident agrees to wear a protective face covering when using any Resort Facilities or common area if so required by posted signage or Management direc- tives. 5. WAIVER, RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Resident, on behalf of Resident’s self and Resident’s heirs, successors, and assigns, by using any Resort Facilities or amenities, releases and forever discharges and holds harmless the Resort from any and all liability and any and all claims, demands, rights of action, or actions, of whatever kind of nature, either in law or equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Resident’s use of Facilities, which relate to COVID-19 or any related illness. Resident understands and acknowledges that Resident’s use of any Resort Facilities or amenities discharges and will discharge the Resort from any liability or claim that Resident may have against the Resort with re- spect to any bodily injuries, personal injuries, illnesses, contraction of COVID-19, death, death from COVID -19, injury from COVID-19, property damage, or any and all other claims that may result from Resident’s use of Facilities. Resident hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resort and its officials, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and contractors from and against any claim that Resident, Resident’s guests, visitors, legal guardian, heirs, successors, assigns, or any other person may have for any losses, damages, death, or injuries arising out of or in connection with Resident’s use of Facilities. ALL USE OF THE FACILITIES IS AT RESIDENT’S OWN AND SOLE RISK, AND BY USING THE FACILITIES, RESIDENT AGREES TO THIS WAIVER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNIFICATION. 6. BROADEST RELEASE POSSIBLE: This Release is intended to be as broad as permitted by Arizona law, subject to the provisions of A.R.S. § 33-2106. If any provision of this Release is held invalid, the re- maining provisions shall not be affected. ALL USE OF THE FACILITIES IS AT RESIDENT’S OWN AND SOLE RISK. 5

Welcome to Superstition Views at Canyon Vistas These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) are designed to promote the quiet enjoyment and convenience of all Residents and to protect persons and property. These Guidelines are effective as of October 01, 2022. Superstition Views at Canyon Vistas (the “Community”) is a Community consisting of rental spaces designed to accommodate Manufactured Homes. As such, it is subject to A.R.S. § 33-1401 et seq. These Guidelines apply to the rental of spaces to be occupied by Manufactured Homes and their Owners (“Homeowners”). Anyone residing in the Community or visiting the Community must comply with these Guidelines. AGE AND OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS Superstition Views at Canyon Vistas is an age 55+ Community as permitted by the 1995 Housing for Older Persons Act. No person(s) may regularly occupy or reside in a Manufactured Home unless at least one (1) Resident member of the person(s) household is fifty-five (55) years of age or older. The Landlord will consider renting to an otherwise qualified applicant who will not have someone 55 years of age or older residing in the household, provided that af- ter renting to such applicant at least 85% of the occupied rental spaces in the Community requirements, apply to all rental spaces in the Community. Manufactured home spaces may not be assigned, transferred, or sublet without prior written approval of Communi- ty Management. If subletting is permitted, Homeowner remains responsible for performance of all obligations and the conduct of any sub-tenants. Homeowners may not sublet any RV on any RV pad/port. If a home is sublet, the RV must either be removed or must remain vacant. When an existing Homeowner transfers ownership or possession of the Manufactured Home (by sale, gift, inher- itance or otherwise), the new prospective Homeowner(s) and all persons who will reside in the unit must satisfy the preceding age restrictions. The Community reserves the right to amend its age restrictions at any time by providing the appropriate notice to Homeowners as required by law. Occupancy in a Manufactured Home shall not exceed the persons listed as Tenants in the Rental Agreement at any time, which shall be limited to two (2) adult persons per bedroom. A “bedroom” is a room intended by the man- ufacturer of the home to be regularly used as a bedroom, and all bedrooms must contain closet space. A bedroom is not a den, family room, living room, or other room that has been converted into a bedroom. The Community requires that at least one of the permanent occupants of the rental space be the Owner of the unit as shown on the Certificate of Title issued by the Arizona MVD. The only exception to this is in the case of Com- munity Management’s written approval. 9

LAWS AND DISTURBANCES Residents and their Guests, Occupants, and Visitors must also comply not only with the Resort’s Rules and Guide- lines, but also with any special rules posted at Resort facilities and with any Laws, Codes, Ordinances, Executive Or- ders, or orders from any Federal, State, or Local Government applicable to the Resort, including, but not limited to, any health-related orders, guidance’s, or guidelines, and/or mandates. Acts which place Management or the Commu- nity Owner, in violation of any Federal, State, or Local law or Ordinance of the City, County, or State, will not be per- mitted. Quiet Time: Please observe quiet time and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Small wind chimes are permitted as long as the noise does not disturb a neighbor. If it does, the wind chime must be removed. Cameras: Cameras directed at neighboring resident sites, so as to invade said resident’s reasonable assumption of their right to privacy are prohibited. Conduct: Residents are responsible for their own conduct and for that of their Occupants, Guests, Visitors, and In- vitees. Residents and their Occupants, Guests, Visitors, and Invitees must conduct themselves in a reasonable and respectful manner at all times in the Resort. Offensive or inappropriate conduct towards anyone, and/or harassment of anyone, including, but not limited to, other Residents, Occupants, Guests, Visitors, Invitees, or Resort Manage- ment, Vendors, Employees, or Staff, will not be tolerated and is grounds for termination of tenancy. Residents, their Occupants, Guests, Visitors, and Invitees may not yell, curse at, or behave inappropriately towards other Residents, Guests, Visitors, Invitees, Resort Management, Vendors, Employees, or Staff. Residents and their Occupants, Guests, Visitors, and Invitees must not interfere with the management or operation of the Resort. Loud parties, excessive volume of radios, televisions or musical instruments, or any other excessive noise, will not be allowed. Residents may not disturb others quiet enjoyment of the Resort. Wheeled Transport and Other Motorized Vehicles: There shall be no use of skateboards, motorized scooters or other wheeled recreational vehicles in common areas other than streets without prior management approval. Licensed ATVs are allowed by Residents on Community streets and must be operated at a noise level that is condu- cive to the quiet enjoyment of the Resort by all. Violations of this will result in the offending vehicle being banned from the park. ATV’s may not be washed on the park’s property. Fireworks: Fireworks of all kinds including, but not limited to, sparklers are prohibited in the Resort. Igniting any kind of fireworks in the Resort including, but not limited to, lighting a sparkler by any Resident, Visitor or Guest shall consti- tute a material and irreparable breach and shall be cause for immediate termination of tenancy. Weapons/Firearms/Dangerous Instruments: Firearms may not be worn in the Resort or openly displayed except by sworn Law Enforcement personnel at any time. Residents, Visitors and Guests must comply with all Federal, State and Local Firearms Laws. Violation of any of firearms restrictions by any Resident, Visitor or Guest shall constitute a material and irreparable breach and shall be cause for immediate termination of tenancy. BB guns, air guns, sling shots and bow and arrows are not permitted in Community public areas. RENTAL AGREEMENTS, ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS AND CONTROLS, STATEMENTS OF POLICY The separate Rental Agreements, Architectural Standards and Controls, and Statements of Policy are a part of these Guidelines. Failure by a Homeowner to comply with these Policies, Guidelines, Architectural Standards and Controls will consti- tute a breach by such Homeowner under the terms of the Rental Agreement. The Architectural Standards and Con- trols will be vigorously enforced. The value of the Homeowners’ investments in their rental spaces is dependent on rigorous enforcement to preserve the quality and appearance of the Community. Homeowners are strongly cautioned to ensure all improvements comply with the requirements of the Architectural Standards and Controls; that they obtain written approval of all improvements before work is commenced; and that all work satisfies applicable Codes and con- forms to approved plans. Any improvements constructed without prior written Community Management approval, or in violation of the Architec- tural Standards and Controls or applicable Laws and/or Codes, will be required to be removed and may serve as the basis for termination of the tenancy. Written approval is required for all improvements and/or modifications to the home. 12

RENTAL AGREEMENTS, ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS AND CONTROLS, STATEMENTS OF POLICY (Continued) Landscaping: Each rental space must be attractively landscaped and well-maintained on all sides. Community Management must approve, in writing, the type and location of all trees and vegetation planted. Installation of land- scaping, fences or walls requires Community Management's prior written approval of Homeowner’s plot plan. Homeowners are responsible for maintenance of all trees and landscaping on the Site, including but not limited to, trimming all trees and landscaping. Homeowners must maintain their Sites year-round in a clean, safe, well-kept, and attractive condition including, but not limited to, the front, side and rear yards. If a Site is ne- glected, Community Management may hire a contract landscaper and require the Resident to pay for these ser- vices as additional rent, or may terminate the tenancy. Plantings may not be removed without Community Manage- ment’s prior written approval. Additional plantings must be approved in advance to prevent disturbing underground utility lines. Community Management has the right, at any time, to enter the rental space (but not the residential unit) to verify compliance with these Rules. This property contains extensive underground utilities; therefore, no building or digging of any kind is permitted without prior written approval from Community Management. Replacement of shrubs, potted plants, and flowers is permissible. High-maintenance plants must be maintained on a regular and consistent basis by the Homeowner. Palm trees are not permitted. Deciduous trees and fruit trees are not permitted. If plants and other vegetation are not properly maintained, Community Management reserves the right to require Homeowners to remove these planting materials, or Community Management may remove them after providing a ten-day notice to Resident and may charge Resi- dent the actual and reasonable cost ($30.00 per man hour with a minimum of $60.00) of doing so as additional rent. Weed control is the responsibility of the Resident/Homeowner and maintenance is required year-round. Decorative and retaining walls incorporated into the design of home must be of similar construction of the home. Plans for all such improvements must be approved in advance, in writing, by Community Management. No struc- tures will be allowed in the set-back areas of the lot. No walled structure such as an RV garage or car garage with home exterior wall may be constructed against a greenbelt, common area, or end site, without prior written Community Management approval. Residents may not enter upon or cut across rental spaces occupied by Manufactured Homes owned by others with- out permission of such Homeowner. MANUFACTURED HOMES Community Management reserves the right to approve or reject the type, size, and appearance of all Manufactured Homes and their accessories. (Refer to Architectural Standards and Controls, which set forth all such require- ments.) All Manufactured Homes, garages, RV storage structures and other accessory structures located on the rental space must be kept in good, neat, and clean condition and in a state of appearance consistent with the original plans approved by Community Management at the time the unit was placed in the Community except revisions sub- sequently approved, in writing, by Community Management. All wiring and plumbing must comply with Local and State requirements. All electrical, water and sewer connec- tions must be kept in good, safe and leak-proof condition at all times, and in compliance with all applicable State and Local laws. Arizona Rooms/Patio Enclosures/Garages: Additions, remodeling, or alterations of the exterior of Manufac- tured Homes is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from Community Management. All contractors hired to perform work in the Community must be licensed, bonded and insured. The Homeowner or Contractor must apply to the appropriate building department for all applicable permits. The Contractor (or Vendor) must pro- vide the Guest Services Office copies of their general liability and worker’s compensation insurance coverage. Screened-in or glassed-in patios must have prior written approval of Community Management. 13

MANUFACTURED HOMES (Continued) Sunscreens: Aluminum foil or fiberglass sunscreens are not allowed in the windows of Manufactured Homes. (Refer to Architectural Standards and Controls for permitted sunscreens.) Heating and Cooling: Only heating and air conditioning units (in good and clean condition) are permitted and are prohibited from placement in windows. No ductwork is allowed on top of the roof. Heat pump units are to be placed on the ground at the rear of the home, as much out of view from the street as possible. Evaporative coolers are not allowed. If a glassed-in or screened-in room (Arizona Room) is added, an air conditioning unit is permitted and must be through the wall toward the rear of the home, out of public view, must be set at or near ground level, and must be neat and clean. BBQ/Propane: Propane gas will be permitted on rental spaces for personal use barbecues (maximum 7.5 gallon tank) only. Responsibility for any damage and all liability shall rest solely with the Resident. Fireplaces/Swimming Pools: Outdoor chimneys, enclosed fire pits, etc., are permitted on the rear patio ar- eas but must receive prior written approval from Community Management. Fireplaces, swimming pools of any size, and trampolines, are prohibited. PATIOS/CARPORTS/RV PADS/PORTS/GARAGES, AND ROOF DECKS Furniture: Only standard patio furniture, in neat and clean condition, is allowed in the backyard of the home. Interior furniture, beds, appliances, etc., are not permitted outside the home, including front and back yard. Storage: Storage is not permitted on the patio, carport or elsewhere on the site. All personal property of Homeowner must be stored in an appropriate storage shed or in the home. Except for standard patio furni- ture, barbecue equipment and 1-2 operable bicycles (all of which must be kept in an attractive and well- maintained condition), no personal property accumulation is permitted around the Manufactured Home, on driveways, patios or on porches without prior written Community Management approval. In this paragraph, “personal property” includes, but is not limited to, overstuffed or indoor-type furniture, appliances, ironing boards, brooms, mops, tools, toys, gardening equipment, debris, refuse, litter, firewood or such items which are unsightly in appearance. Trailers: From May 1st to October 1st, a single enclosed cargo trailer 18 feet or less, or single ATV on or off its trailer, in good condition with a neat and clean appearance, may be stored in the carport or RV pad/ port/garage. All other flatbed trailers are to be stored offsite. No boats are to be parked on any Site (excluding canoes/kayaks). NO EXCEPTIONS. Patio/Carports/Pads: Patio, carport, and any RV pad/port/garage must be kept clean and attractive. Any vehicle dripping gasoline, oil or other fluids must be repaired immediately. Drip pans may be used if kept clean. Driveways are to be kept clean of fluid stains if drip pans are not used. No colored or decorative concrete will be permitted without prior written Community Management approval. Treatment of concrete for oil protection in carport area (only) is permitted, and must be of a concrete color approved, in writing, by Community Management. Driveways (the portion of the concrete not under carport cover) are not part of carport area and may not have colored or decorative concrete and may not be treated for oil protection. Patio areas may be covered with cool decking and color and pattern must be approved, in writing, by Community Management. Shades/Umbrellas/Lattice/Clotheslines: Shade Structures such as pergolas, wind sails, etc., that may ob- struct views are not allowed on rooftop decks. A Cantilever or offset umbrella mounted on a single pole with a secure base that can withstand the predominant weather conditions of the area, are allowed on roof decks. Umbrellas must be of a color palate in keeping with the home colors and landscape of the Community. Um- brellas must be in a closed position when not in use. Lattice of any kind is not permitted in the Community. Clotheslines are not permitted in the Community. 14

RESORT GUIDELINES SIGNS/PLACARDS/FLAGS: A. The Resort understands that Residents may wish to show their personalities by displaying signs, placards, banners, flags, inflatable items, statues, decals, or the like on their homes, home sites, or personal property located thereon or that may be located or parked anywhere in the Resort. The following rules have been de- veloped with the intention of allowing Residents to decorate while respecting others and refraining from caus- ing unhappiness or dispute. Signs, placards, banners, flags, inflatables, decals, statues, and the like (collectively, “Signs”) that, in the sole discretion of Resort Management, are offensive, harassing, constitute hate speech, or disrupt others’ quiet enjoyment of the Resort will not be allowed, and the display of any such items anywhere in the Resort shall constitute a material violation of these Rules. The Resort is private property, and therefore Resort Management reserves the right to require the removal of any sign, placard, banner, flag, inflatable, decal, statute, and/or the like that, as set forth above, is offensive, harassing, constitutes hate speech, or disrupts others’ quiet enjoyment of the Resort, in the sole discretion of Resort Management. The decision of Resort Management on any such matter shall be binding and may only be appealed as set forth below (during which time the item may not be displayed). Number/Size Limitations. Residents may display a maximum of three (3) total small Signs on their homes or home sites or on personal property located thereon (as an example, Resident may have one sign, one placard, and one banner, for a total of three (3) items). “Small” is defined as not exceeding twelve inches (12”) by eighteen inches (18”). Additionally, any Sign displayed must comply with all City, Town, or County Codes and/or Ordinances. If a Sign is displayed on a golf cart or other vehicle it must be small enough as to not interfere with driving the vehicle. Holiday Items/Inflatables. Small Signs for a specific recognized holiday are allowed if they are not offensive, harassing, or disruptive of others’ quiet enjoyment, in Resort Management’s sole discretion. Any such items may only be displayed beginning 30 days prior to the relevant holiday and must be removed within ten (10) days after the occurrence of the holiday. Any inflatable item to be displayed on the home site must be teth- ered to the ground in a safe manner, and the size that may be permitted is within Resort Management’s sole discretion, but generally only small to medium inflatables will be approved. Inflatable items are only permitted during recognized holiday seasons and may not block the view of drivers or pedestrians. Complaints/Appeal. If any Sign prompts complaint or Resort Management believes it is inappropriate, offen- sive, constitutes hate speech, and/or is harassing or disrupts other Residents’ quiet enjoyment, Management will require its removal, and it must be removed. To challenge that decision Resident may appeal to the Re- sort’s Corporate Management and will be advised of their decision. The item must not be displayed while a decision is pending and if the Resort’s Corporate Management determines that the item may not displayed, it must not be displayed thereafter. Corporate Management’s decision is final and within their sole and absolute discretion. B. “For Sale” or “Open House” sign. Residents must notify Resort Management before selling their home on-site, as set forth in these Rules and Regulations. Any “For Sale” or “Open House” sign must comply with this Rule. Residents may advertise the sale of their RV or Park Model unit with one “For Sale” sign not to ex- ceed twelve inches (12”) by eighteen inches (18”) which may be affixed to the unit’s front window or siding. The sign must have a uniform and professional appearance; Residents may visit the sales office for a uniform, pre-printed sign on which to display their home’s sale information. Additionally, Residents may display one “Open House” sign during an active open house not to exceed twelve inches (12”) by eighteen inches (18”). Although Residents may conduct an “Open House” to sell their unit, no “Open House” signs, balloons, or other marketing tools are permitted in the Resort’s common areas, streets, or sidewalks without prior written ap- proval from Resort Management. If the Resort has a central display board designated for such purpose, Resi- dents may display a small “For Sale” sign or card stating the name and contact information for the Owner or Agent of the RV unit on such central posting board. The size of any “For Sale” sign or card on the central posting board, if any, shall be within Resort Management’s sole discretion. 15

SIGNS, PLACARDS AND FLAGS (Continued): C. Flags and Flagpoles: If Resident flies a permissible flag on a pole attached to the home, the flag may be no larger than three (3) feet by five (5) feet and may be flown between sunrise and sunset. If a current United States flag is flown at night, it must be lighted. Lighting must be installed in such a way as not to disturb neighbors. Flags may not be flown in a hazardous manner and must be high enough as not to obstruct the view of the road. The flag must be attached to the flagpole in a manner assuring that the flag will not become twisted and in a manner that will ensure that noise will not disturb neighbors. If noise complaints are received regarding the flag, the hardware must either be replaced with hardware that does not make excessive noise, or the flag must be removed. Residents are responsible for the presentation, care, cleaning, and maintenance of their flags. Faded or torn flags must be promptly replaced. Flags will not be flown during inclement weather unless an “all weather” flag is used. DRONES/RC PLANES: Drones/RC Planes cannot be flown at any time on or above the Resort property by Resi- dents/Guests/third parties. The Resort Management reserves the right to use drones for marketing, special events and or activities. Bicycles/Motorcycles/ATVs/Golf Cart Parking: Bicycles, motorcycles, ATV’s or golf carts must be parked in car- port area, in an orderly fashion, or garage and not on landscaped areas. Sufficient concrete parking areas must be installed for Homeowner parking requirements at the time the Manufactured Home is installed on the rental space. Vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering onto the Greenbelt areas. The Greenbelt is a pedestrian walkway only. No Golf Carts or Bicycles are allowed. RV/Vehicle Servicing & Repairs: No RV/vehicular mechanical work, body repair and painting may be performed in the carport, driveway, street or elsewhere on your Site or within the Resort. Environmental laws strictly prohibit the dumping of motor oil on the ground or in the dumpsters. Washing of vehicles is permitted only if a bucket and/or hose with automatic shut-off nozzle is used and is to be done on the Site, not in the street. Patio/Garage Sales: Patio and garage sales are prohibited, except for Community-wide events sponsored by Community Management. Businesses: No business of any kind may be conducted by Homeowners in the Community. Provided, however, that Community Management may approve the conduct of a home business in the Community so long as the busi- ness will not generate any traffic in the Community and provided that the name of the Community is not used to promote, advertise, or otherwise refer to the business. Soliciting is prohibited in the Community, including, but not limited to, door-to-door soliciting. A solicitation by one Homeowner or resident to another, without prior invitation, is prohibited by this Rule. Contractors/Repairs: Homeowner and Homeowner’s contractors may perform work at the Home/RV during day- light hours. Before commencing any construction and/or modifications to RV pads/ports/garages, Homeowner must seek and obtain prior approval in writing, by Community Management. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all Community Buildings and Common Areas. Management reserves the right to limit or prohibit smoking, including e-cigarettes and similar devices that mimic traditional smoking, in all areas of the Community, to the full extent allowed by law. Inquire with Guest Services as to the designated smoking areas. Illegal drug use is prohibited in the Community under any circumstances. Decorative Lighting: String, sidewalk and all other forms of decorative lighting should neither be bright enough or placed in such a manner that they are disruptive to others quiet enjoyment of the resort. TRAFFIC AND PARKING Temporary Parking: Temporary street parking is permitted for the active loading and unloading of Recreational Vehicles during daylight hours. Resident’s Visitors may temporarily park in front of Resident’s home for short visits, but not overnight. Parking of vehicles is not permitted on landscaped areas, setback areas, or vacant sites. Drive- ways may not be blocked at any time. 16

TRAFFIC AND PARKING (Continued) Bicyclists: Bicyclists are subject to the same rules as operators of motor vehicles. Bicycles may only be ridden in the Community streets using the same traffic patterns as vehicular traffic. Front and rear safety lights must be dis- played when riding between sunset and sunrise and helmets are recommended. Bicycles may not be ridden on sidewalks or trails. Bicycles must be parked in bicycle racks when visiting Community facilities and must be walked from the street to the rack. Golf Carts: Golf carts are to observe the same traffic patterns as motorists. When driving golf carts at night, they must be properly lit. Golf carts are not permitted on any sidewalks or inside the clubhouse area at any time. Chil- dren under 16 must be accompanied in a golf cart by a Guest and/or licensed driver. Parking: Parking of travel trailers, motor homes, trucks, commercial vehicles, etc., is not permitted overnight on the street. Small commercial work vehicles, small van type RV’s and other unusual vehicles can be parked in car- port areas if they are small enough to fit appropriately and have been approved, in writing, by Community Manage- ment. Standard transportation pickup trucks, SUVs, vans, etc., are permitted in carport areas. Homeowners or Les- sees (Home Occupant) may park their RVs in RV Pads, RV Ports, and RV garages located on their rental space. RV Covers may be used from May 1st to October 1st, RV covers shall be removed and stored out of view the re- mainder of the year. Overnight Parking: Overnight RV or moving van/trailer parking in the Community Center parking area for the pur- pose of loading or unloading is prohibited without prior Community Management approval. Community Manage- ment may issue a temporary pass to park in the Community Center parking area. Speed Limit: Speed limits are posted throughout the Resort and the posted speed limit must be complied with at all times. The speed limit is 15 mph. Handicap Sticker: If you display a handicap sticker you may park only in a designated handicap parking area. TRASH Service: Trash service is provided by Community Management and charged as provided in Homeowner’s Rental Agreement. Trash is picked up on Thursdays. Bagging: Trash must be bagged and placed in trash bins provided by Community Management. Trash bags must be tied and may contain only household trash and garbage. No yard waste, construction materials or oversize items are to be put out for trash collection. Recycling: Recycling bins for cardboard, paper, glass and aluminum cans are located throughout the Community and Homeowners and RV Owners are encouraged to recycle. All boxes must be broken down. Large Item Disposal: Disposal of large items, such as water heaters, appliances, coolers, old furniture, mattress- es, etc., must be taken to the landfill by the Resident. These items are not allowed in the dumpsters. WI-FI/ANTENNAS Wi-Fi: Superstition Views has limited Wi-Fi “hot spots”. Stronger signals are available at the Superstition Views Cactus Grill Pool area, Canyon Vistas Social Center or the Computer Lab. Antennas: No exterior radio or television antennas may be erected on the residential unit, or the Site, except for a satellite dish one meter or less in diameter or diagonal measurement which is designed for over-the-air reception of signals from satellite, wireless cable or television broadcasting facilities. Their associated mounting hardware and mast, if applicable, may be installed subject to the following restrictions: A satellite dish must be placed to the rear of the residential unit. It must be placed to be as inconspicuous as possi- ble from the street. Satellite dish location must have prior written approval by Community Management. Cable wir- ing must run under the home or along the footing and cannot be run over the roof. This Rule and all installations are subject to applicable regulations of the Federal Communications Commission. 17

ACCESSORY STRUCTURES AND STORAGE SHEDS Superstition Views at Canyon Vistas is a unique Community containing a mix of rental spaces designed to ac- commodate high end, ground set Manufactured Homes along with site built garages, RV storage structures, Arizo- na Rooms, covered porches and other accessory structures. The Community requires that the structures installed on the rental space be architecturally compatible with one another and with other improvements on other rental spaces in the Community. Before any Manufactured Home is moved onto a rental space or any work on any improvement is initiated on the space by Homeowner, a comprehensive site plan and elevation drawings must be submitted to Community Man- agement for review and written approval. Work on the rental space may be not initiated until written approval of the site plan and elevation drawings has been received from Community Management, and all necessary approvals and permits have been issued by appro- priate Government agencies. Details on architectural and installation requirements appear in the Community’s Architectural Standards and Con- trols. PET POLICIES Pet Registry: All Pets must be registered with Guest Services. Current vaccination records may be re- quested. Pet Agreement and Comfort Animal documentation must be signed. Guest will be required to sign an Agreement of understanding of the Resort Pet Policies and list identification information of their pet(s). Pet Restrictions/Breeds: Presently, there are no size and weight limitations. Management permits Resident own- ership of two (2) pets per homesite. A pet is herein defined as a domestic dog, cat, bird (indoor, caged) or aquari- um fish. No other animals (i.e. chickens, ducks, pigs, ferrets, monkeys, reptiles or insects) will be permitted. The following breeds are NOT permitted: Chow, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull) or any mix containing these breeds. Restricted Breed Service dogs must supply papers of authenticity. Therapy dogs do not qualify as a Service dog. Pet Areas/Droppings: Four (4) pet runs are available throughout the Resorts. You MUST pick up after your pet. When walking your pet, please carry appropriate means for cleaning up the pet’s droppings. All droppings must be picked-up immediately. Doggie bags are provided at the pet runs for your convenience. Your pet is not allowed to use your neighbor’s Site or any Vacant Site for potty breaks. Please walk briskly or drive your pet to the pet runs. Pet Control: Pets are to be in the presence and control of the Owner or responsible person at all times. Guests agree to keep their pets inside the RV or Resort Home unless on a leash. Pets are not to be left unattended. Outdoor kennels, fencing or other enclosures are not permitted to be left on the Site when not in use. Pet Behavior: Pets are not to invade the privacy of any other Guests’ Site or must not interfere with other Guests’ peaceful enjoyment of the Resort such as: excessive barking, aggressive behavior, etc. Pets are not allowed in or near the common areas of the Resort. All Guests are expected to be responsible pet owners by keeping their pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times when outside the homes and are expected to clean up after their pets. If a pet is loose on premises, Guest agrees that Management may, but is not obligated to, retrieve and return it to the Guest, or cause appropriate officials to impound it. Guest agrees to indemnify Management and Resort Owner for any damages or expenses it may incur carrying out any of these foregoing options. Pet Liability Disclaimer: The Guest agrees to be responsible for their pets and to immediately reimburse the RV Resort, and/or any other Guest or any other persons, for any damages caused by the pet. In any event, the Guest expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the Management and Owner of this RV Community of any and all liability or claims of liability arising in connection with the pet(s), including attorney’s fees. 18

PET POLICIES (Continued) Pet Complaints: Guest agrees that if any violation of the Pet Guidelines is observed or another Guest makes a val- id complaint, the pet(s) owner will receive an official written warning to correct the problem, remove the pet(s) or vacate the Resort. If a second violation is noted or a second valid complaint is received, the pet(s) owner will re- ceive notice to vacate for behavior in violation of the Pet Guidelines. Pet Vaccinations: Guest certifies that pets’ vaccinations are current and will be kept current for the duration of their stay in the Resort. Guest certifies that pets are licensed with the proper authorities. Stray Animals: Please do not feed stray animals, including birds and wildlife. COMMUNITY FITNESS AND SPORTS FACILITIES Superstition Views at Canyon Vistas shares Facilities with Canyon Vistas RV Resort. Residents of each Com- munity are eligible to use the Facilities of the other Community. “Community” as used in this Section of these Com- munity Guidelines refers to both Communities. Community Fitness, and Sports Facilities are provided for the exclusive use of Residents, resident members of their households, their Visitors and Guests. All Community Fitness, and Sports Facilities are used at the sole risk of the user. Private Usage: Residents and members of their households may reserve certain portions of the Community Cen- ter or Sports Facilities and/or patio area for private personal social activities, but under no circumstances shall any such Facility be used for the user’s financial gain. Community or Homeowner Association sponsored functions will be given first priority. Reserving Rooms: Requests for reserving rooms for private personal social activities must be booked through, and approved by, the Activities Office. Private use of pool and recreation Facilities is not permitted. A refundable clean-up/damage fee may be required as a condition of allowing private use of any such Facility. Permits/Liability: Proof of liability insurance and appropriate permits shall be required for parties at which alcohol- ic beverages will be served. Community Management reserves the sole right to prohibit the use of alcoholic bever- ages at any function at any Community Facility. Attire: Appropriate attire must be worn in the Clubhouse. Shirts and shoes must be worn -– no bathing suits (except for the restroom and areas designated for such use). Common Facility Rules: Community Management may post reasonable rules for common Facilities, and reserves the right to change the rules as needed. All posted rules shall constitute part of these Community Guidelines. Excessive use of alcoholic beverages, boisterous conduct or destruction of property is expressly forbidden. Com- munity Management’s decision as to what constitutes “excessive use” is conclusive and is not open to debate. 19

COMMUNITY FITNESS AND SPORTS FACILITIES (Continued) Outdoor Sports/Venues: Outdoor sports venues must be left in the same condition as when found. All Com- munity-owned equipment must be returned in the same condition as when received. Ramada's, barbeque areas and picnic areas must be left neat and clean and in useable condition when users are finished. Trash must be removed and tables cleaned. Pedestrian Walkways: Pedestrian walkways, trails and open areas must be kept clean and free of trash, animal waste and cigarette butts. No littering. SWIMMING POOLS & HOT TUBS (SPA) REGULATIONS Superstition Views at Canyon Vistas shares Facilities with Canyon Vistas RV Resort. Residents of each Community are eligible to use the swimming pools and spas of the other Community. “Community” as used in this Section of these Community Guidelines refers to both Communities. • Please read & follow the posted guidelines at each pool & hot tub. • Note: AZ law states that no one under the age of 16 is allowed in the Hot tubs. • The pools are open daily 24 Hours a day. You must shower prior to entering the pool and after applying suntan lotions which can cause chemical imbalances. • The pool temperature is maintained consistent with local guidelines and County regulations. • Children under the age of 18 years of age are allowed to swim with the responsible Resident during the following hours unless a resort activity is planned: Superstition Views 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and Canyon Vistas 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (CV hours extended to 7:00 p.m. in Summer). Children are not al- lowed in the pool/pool areas outside of those hours. Babies in diapers and children not potty trained are not allowed in the pool without proper disposable swim pants, i.e. Huggies Little Swimmers. • Name badges: Your CURRENT name badge must be with you and readily available for identification when using the pool. • Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Speedo wear and thongs are not allowed. 20

GUESTS Guests may stay in Homeowner’s Manufactured Home when Homeowner is absent from the residential unit only if Homeowner makes prior arrangements for the stay with Community Management and it is approved. When Home- owner is absent, the Community’s age restrictions and occupancy limits apply to Guests staying at the residence. Otherwise, only Homeowner(s) and Residents listed on the Rental Agreement may stay in the Manufactured Home at any time, and all Residents must be at least 35 years of age (and at least one Resident/Homeowner must be 55+). Homeowner must identify each Guest by name prior to their arrival. Guests must be registered with Guest Services by Homeowner immediately upon arrival and provide photo ID. Guest’s vehicle(s) must also be registered with Community Guest Services Office. Guests not prearranged by Homeowner and/or not registered with the Community Guest Services Office will not be permitted to remain in the Community. Homeowners are solely re- sponsible for their Guest(s) and their Guests’ acts or actions. Guest fees may be charged as provided in Homeowner’s Rental Agreement. Guests staying 24 hours or longer must be registered at the Community Guest Services Office and obtain a Guest pass. Registered Guests or Guests accompanied by Homeowner or Resident member of the household may use the Community Facilities but must show a valid Guest pass upon request. Number of Guests/Length of Stay: There is a limit of two (2) adult overnight Guests in the Manufactured Home at any given time. Guests may stay no more than fourteen (14) days within any thirty (30) day period and will not be permitted to stay longer than thirty (30) days in any twelve (12) month period, in order to avoid overcrowding of the Site and of Community facilities. Longer stays may be approved by Management in extraordinary situations. Guests will be permitted to stay in Homeowner’s RV on Homeowner’s RV pad/port/garage, subject to allowing such Guests will not violate any State or Local law or County ordinance. Guests will be permitted to stay in a Homeown- er’s RV on Homeowner’s RV pad/port/garage for no more than fourteen (14) days within any thirty (30) day period , or more than thirty (30) days in any twelve (12) month period. No more than two (2) adult Guests will be permitted to stay in a Homeowner’s RV on Homeowner’s RV pad/port/garage, at any given time. Homeowner must also com- ply with all other applicable Guest rules as set forth in these Guidelines. Guest Conduct: Homeowners will be held responsible for the conduct of their Guests. To avoid any embarrass- ment or misunderstanding, be sure to explain these Guidelines to your Guests. Homeowners are responsible for the conduct of visiting children who must be accompanied by a responsible adult when using any of the Community facilities. Immediate family or other Guests using Community Facilities with or without a Homeowner present, must abide by all Policies and Guidelines. Cal-Am Properties Cactus Grill: Patios, Music on the Patio and certain activities are for exclusive use by the Residents. Authorized Residents are allowed a limited visit by a Guest twice per season (a maximum of two (2) visits by the same Guest each season across all Cal-Am Resort properties). The same Guest may not be spon- sored by other Residents or other Cal-Am Resort properties, if the Guest has already visited two (2) times for the season. The visiting Guest may be warned upon the second (2nd) visit that future events may not be attended, and upon the third (3rd) visit, the Guest may be required to leave. If the Guest refuses to leave, authorities will be called and the Guest will be prosecuted for trespassing under ARS 13-1501, 13-1502, 13-1504, or common law. Subletting: Recommended rental period is 30 days or more. Subletting your RV and/or RV Pad is prohibited. The RV Pad is provided exclusively for a Casita Owner's RV. Subletting your home using Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Facebook or any other similar service is strictly prohibited, constitutes using the premises for business or commer- cial purposes in violation of this Agreement, and is grounds for termination of Tenancy. Residents who use adver- tisements for VRBO’s will be issued compliance notices, if 3 compliance notices have been issued, Resort Man- agement will be forced to start the eviction process. 21

WELCOME CENTER/COURTESY PATROL The Community cannot and does not guarantee Resident’s security. Resident agrees and acknowledges that the Community has no duty to provide security services to the Community. Resident shall look solely to the public po- lice force for security protection. The Resort entrance is monitored by a roving Courtesy Patrol that is on duty at various times during the day and night but it may not be on a 24 hour basis. While this is designed to be a deterrent for unauthorized persons, it is not a guarantee of personal safety and/or security. These services are not Security staff. They will assist you with information and direction when the Guest Services Office is closed. Please use common sense and take precautionary measures to assure your personal safety and protect your be- longings by locking your doors, windows, sheds, etc. It is recommended that you lock your bicycles/scooters with a cable and sufficient lock. Report any suspicious activity FIRST to the police and then to Courtesy Patrol/Welcome Center or in the Guest Services Office. All Homeowners must have a common parking decal placed in the lower left corner of the windshield of their motor vehicle. Those that do not have a decal will be stopped by Courtesy Services. All Guests remaining twenty-four (24) hours or more must be in possession of a Guest pass when they are in any common area and present it when requested. Violations of Community Guidelines detected by Courtesy Services will be reported to Community Management. RESPONSIBILITY Community Management and Community Ownership are not responsible for any loss or losses resulting from fire, theft or accident. Homeowners must carry adequate “Fire and Extended Coverage” insurance and also maintain reasonable “General Liability” insurance. Owners must provide suitable evidence of insurance to Manage- ment annually. Homeowners are responsible for all damage caused by their deliberate acts and negligence, that of their Guests, and any damage caused by their pets or assistive animals. SOLICITORS Solicitors will not be permitted in the Community at any time. If you observe a solicitor, please notify the Guest Services Office. Door-to-door soliciting is prohibited. MAIL ROOM The Mail Room is centrally located near the Main Complex. Mail is picked up and deposited in assigned locked mail- boxes every day except Sunday & Holidays. Annual Residents have a mailbox key that is identified by your site number. There is a $5.00 charge for a lost key. Please complete a mail forwarding form when leaving the Resort. A new form must be filled out each year as the forward- ing expires after one year. If you are going to be gone for an extended period of time, please alert Guest Services staff as “inactivity” and mail “pile up” cause concern. Forwarding of the mail is no guarantee of delivery, but provides a best attempt effort. Reminder: When leaving the Resort for the Season or an extended period of time, please complete the appropriate Mail Forwarding or Mail Hold form available in Guest Services and at your home Post Office. 22

SALES, SUBLEASING AND PERMITTED USE The name, Superstition Views at Canyon Vistas, shall not be used for any purpose of advertisement or sale of automobiles, Manufactured Homes, Motor Homes or other merchandise without Community Management’s written approval. A Manufactured Home may not be removed from its rental space and replaced by another residential unit without specific prior written approval of Community Management. Approval will be based on a new site plan and eleva- tion drawings submitted by Homeowner. Manufactured Home spaces may not be assigned, transferred or sublet by Homeowners without prior written Com- munity Management’s approval. Guest Services must be notified of the rental and approval given by Community Management, prior to the arrival of the Renters. When a unit is sub-leased, the Owner relinquishes their rights and privileges to use Resort facilities until the Renters check out. Payment of utilities is the responsibility of the Homeowner and bills will not be shared with a Sub-letter. There is a non-refundable Administrative fee of $50 each time you sublet your home. Homeowner remains re- sponsible for any violations of the Rental Agreement. RVs inside or on RV pads/ports/garages may not be sub- leased, and any such RVs must remain vacant if the home and/or space is sublet. Homeowner’s Manufactured Homes and spaces are to be used as single-family residences only. Except as pro- vided in the PATIOS/CARPORTS/RV PADS/GARAGES AND ROOF DECKS section of these Guidelines, Home- owners shall not conduct businesses from their Manufactured Homes or within the Community, including but not limited to, non-family daily or nightly babysitting services. All other uses are prohibited. REMOVAL OF MANUFACTURED HOME FROM COMMUNITY The following procedures have been adopted pursuant to ARS § 33-1485.01 and apply to removal of a Manufac- tured Home from the Community: Homeowner and/or any successor in interest to Homeowner, may remove the Manufactured Home from the Com- munity as provided in the Statute. Resident must provide the Landlord with a Notice of Removal of Manufactured Home From Community not less than thirty (30) days prior to move-out (this time is necessary to enable Communi- ty Management to make arrangements to enable the move-out). The party removing the unit must designate a person or entity that will be responsible for the move-out. If this re- sponsible person or entity is not licensed as a contractor by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors or Department of Housing, a move-out deposit of $1000.00 (less any security deposit of Homeowner that is being held by Landlord) must be posted with the Community Management. When the unit is removed, all landscaping and accessory structures constituting “permanent improvements” within the meaning of the Community’s Statements of Policy must be left on the rental space intact and undamaged, un- less the Community Management requests otherwise, in writing. Community Management reserves the right to demand that all concrete, landscaping, utility lines, and/or all other items on the space be removed. All other items and property must be removed unless Community Management agrees to the contrary, in writing. The site must be left clean, free of trash, building materials and construction debris. All holes and depressions must be filled in with clean fill dirt. The site must be graded and leveled at approximately the same level as original elevations. The party removing the unit is responsible for providing clean fill dirt. The Community reserves the right to demand that the space be returned to new condition, as if no home had ever been placed on it, so that it is ready for the installation and placement of a new home. Forms for these purposes are available in the Guest Services Office. 23

ON-SITE MANAGERS On-site Managers have offices at Canyon Vistas RV Resort. As representatives of Superstition Views at Can- yon Vistas, they are instructed to exercise fairness and justice in carrying out their duties. Their actions with regard to requests, responses to complaints, etc., are predicated upon maintaining a safe and harmonious environment throughout the Community. Should an occasion arise in which a Homeowner wishes to appeal a decision made by Community Management or a Guideline set forth in these Community Guidelines, please contact the Regional Manager. SEVERABILITY In the event that any of the Guidelines set forth herein are deemed unenforceable for any reason, the remaining Guidelines shall remain in full force and effect. REVISIONS TO COMMUNITY GUIDELINES Superstition Views at Canyon Vistas reserves the right to amend, revise, and add to the Guidelines of the Com- munity at any time as it deems such amendments, revisions or additions are in the best interest of the Community and its Residents. 24

GENERAL ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY Caution: This is a release of legal rights. Read and understand it before accepting these terms by agreeing to abide by all Resort Rules & Regulations, into which this Re- lease is incorporated. Cal-Am Resorts operates Recreational Vehicle Resorts throughout the State of Arizona. References to Cal-Am Resorts (\"Cal -Am\") include all of the Cal-Am Recreational Vehicle Resorts in the State of Arizona, the individual entities that own them, the entities that manage them, their officers, officials, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, and assigns. Each Resort offers a wide variety of recreational and other amenities for use by its Residents. These include (without limita- tion), therapy spas, hot tubs, swimming pools, exercise facilities, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and facilities within clubhous- es and in other areas of the Resort. These facilities include such things as wood working shops, weight rooms, lapidary shops and the like. Each Resort also offers organized activities. These include entertainment performances, pickleball, tennis and other sports tournaments, swimming classes, exercise classes, dance classes, and field trips. Some activities are organized and spon- sored by the Resort; others by voluntary Resident associations. Some activities entail payment of an additional fee to partici- pate. Cal-Am Resorts are “dog friendly”. Additionally some are located in areas where certain varieties of wildlife may be encoun- tered. I/We, by electing to reside in a Cal-Am Recreational Vehicle Resort, may participate in one, some, or all of the activities re- ferred to above, and may use some or all of the facilities and amenities offered by any Cal-Am Resort as described above. In consideration of my/our participation in activities or use of facilities and amenities, I/we agree as follows: RISKS INVOLVED: I/We agree to closely inspect all facilities before using them. I/We understand that some facilities such as therapy spas, hot tubs, swimming pools, exercise rooms, wood working shops, and other facilities represent a risk to health and safety. I/We understand that some activities such as tennis, swimming, pickleball, jogging, and participation in exercise, dance, and swimming classes can be strenuous and can also pose a risk to my/our health and well-being. With respect to such activities I/we understand that I/we will participate only in those which I/we are medically and physically able to. I/We understand that some activities involve risks in traveling to, within, and/or returning from different areas, including, but not lim- ited to, political, legal, social, and economic conditions; different standards of design, safety, and maintenance of buildings, public places, and conveyances; and local medical and weather conditions. I/We agree that in deciding to use any facility or participate in any activity, I/we will make my/our own investigation, will obtain materials from a variety of sources, and are will- ing to accept these risks. I/We understand the risks posed by animals and agree to use care when outside in a Resort espe- cially when encountering dogs or wildlife. HEALTH AND SAFETY: I/We have been advised to consult with a medical doctor with regard to my/our personal medical needs. I/We state that there are no health-related reasons or problems that preclude or restrict my/our participation in any activities that I/we elect to participate in or use any facilities that I/we choose to use. I/We have obtained all required and rec- ommended immunizations, if any. I/We recognize that Cal-Am is not obligated to attend to any of my/our medical or medication needs, and in fact may expressly instruct its employees to not attend to such needs, and I/we assume all risk and responsibility therefore. In case of a medical emergency occurring during my/our participation in any activities or use of any facility, I/we understand that I/we may receive no assistance from Cal-Am employees or volunteers, I/we are responsible for my/our own medical treatment and emergency care as needed, and agree to pay all expenses relating thereto and release and agree to hold harmless, defend and indemni- fy Cal-Am from all liability of any nature whatsoever for any actions. 25

GENERAL ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY (Continued) ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Knowing the risks described above, and in voluntary considera- tion of being permitted to participate in the activities and use the facilities and amenities referred to above, I/we agree to release, indemnify, and defend Cal-Am and its officials, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and contractors from and against any claim which I/we, the participant, my/our legal guardian or any other person may have for any losses, damages or injuries arising out of or in connection with my/our participation or use. I/We also agree to fully acquaint all Guests and invitees I/we permit to engage in such activities and/or use these facilities, with the foregoing and to defend, indemnify and hold Cal-Am harmless from any claims by any such Guest or invitee arising out of such use or activity. I/We expressly understand that this assumption of risk and release of liability also applies to injury re- sulting from encounters with dogs, wildlife, and other animals in the Resort. SIGNATURE: I/We indicate that by my/our residence at this Resort, and/or signature on the Resort Registration Card, that I/we have read the terms and conditions of participation and use, and agree to abide by them. I/We have carefully read this Release Form and acknowledge that I/we understand it. No representation, statements, or inducements, oral or writ- ten, apart from the foregoing written statement, have been made. This Release Form shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona which shall be the forum for any lawsuits filed under or incident to this Release Form or to the participation in an activity or use of a facility. If any portion of this Release is held invalid, the rest of the document shall continue in full force and effect. NONCOMPLIANCE – INDEMNITY & ATTORNEY’S FEES Noncompliance With Resort Guidelines: Superstition Views reserves the right to terminate or refuse renewal in the event that there have been Rule infractions. This also includes Site care infractions and conduct by Guests and/or their Visitors that interferes with other Guests’ quiet and enjoyment of the Resort. Indemnity and Attorney’s Fees: Management is not responsible to Guest, his/her Visitors, employees or agents for loss, damage, death or injury of any kind by the use of the Resort, or by fire, flood, vandalism or other casualties, except those incidents resulting from the gross negligence or intentional acts of Resort, Resort Management or Resort Owners. Guest(s) hereby agrees to indemnify and waive all claims and demands against the Resort, Resort Management or Resort Owners, and will hold them harmless for liability for all claims unless arising from negligence and willful acts of Resort Man- agement or Resort Owners. Guest further agrees to obtain and keep in full effect at his own cost, the extended insurance coverage for Homeowner, fire and other liabilities to protect Guest(s) and all others from loss and liability. Proof of this insurance is to be provided to Guest Services annually. All RV sites in Superstition Views remain under the control of Management at all times. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT By signing the Registration Form I/(we) hereby acknowledge that I/(we) have read, understand and agree to comply with the Guidelines set forth herein. 26
