Proceed to the next step of enrollment request NOTE: This training course does not belong to CMU Registration Office and is not listed as elective course for CMU students. Food Safety and Security from Animal Origin: Strengthening the Network for Sustainability Live Meeting In the training course, there are some activities that participants need to attend at the specific time setting by the organizer as live activities, such as, live lectures and weekly conclusion/discussion. Before the meeting 1. Test that you can open and use the Zoom application and test the video and audio settings on Zoom before joining the meeting. Prerequisites and general recommendations 1.You will need a good internet connection (1Mbs) to be able to connect on Zoom 2.It is recommended to use a headset microphone (or earbud headphones) in order to minimize background noise. There are some activities that encourage the participants to join at the date and time specified in the activity's description. 2. Please be noted that the time specified in the course is the Indochina Time (ICT) or UTC+7. You can convert your time zone by clicking on the link: https://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/ 3. In the activity's description, you will get an information about the link and passcode to access the meeting. 4. Please connect 15 minutes in advance through the link you have received. The link will launch the Zoom application, so when the system dialog prompts, click Open Zoom Meetings. 5. After that, you will be placed in the waiting room. Food Safety and Security from Animal Origin: Strengthening the Network for Sustainability Course Fulfillment Participants are encouraged to join all activities listed in the training course. There are specific conditions that they have to acheive: 1. Attend at least 80% of the activities The organizer can track your response in various ways, such as: - Complete quiz and assignment of that particular activity - QR code live check-in on meetings (instructors will give a QR code for check-in of that activity during the break or at the end of the session) - Final examination 60% 2. Obtain the scores on each test, quiz, or assignment at least 80% 3. Food Safety and Security from Animal Origin: Strengthening the Network for Sustainability Notification of course attendance and examination 1.Quiz, assignment, examination, or any other grading activity will be closed on 20 August 2022. Participants who complete those after the date specified, the score will not be counted. 2.For participants who are not able to attend live activity on date and time specified in the schedule, records of virtual meetings will be uploaded to the course and will be withdrawn from CMU online platform after 1 week of uploading. 3.Participants who pass all qualifications will receive a certificate within 1 week after the course finished. The VPHCAP and TICA, as a data controller, will process your personal data from the registration form for the purposes of organizing this training program. The data collected will be processed internally for the aforementioned purposes and communicated to the processors in charge of hosting and maintaining the platform. Please note that during the training course the VPHCAP will take pictures to be published on our VPHCAP and TICA website/Facebook. By appearing on the group pictures, you allow the VPHCAP to fix, reproduce and communicate your image worldwide via its websites.
