Protecting our health is most important, without health we would face many health issues we would not be physically or mentally fit . What To Do To Be Healthy: To be healthy one has to be free from illness of body, mind and spirit, one must be neat and tidy to be healthy, one must follow all precau- tions to be healthy, one must have a proper balanced diet to be healthy one must have no stress to be healthy one must do yoga. What Is Yoga: Yoga is a kind of exercise that improves our blood circulation, flexibili- ty there will be no body pains and there will be no stress if one do yoga. So one must do yoga regularly. What Is Exercise: By doing exercise one will have a proper weight management. It reduces our health risk and our muscles gets stronger. By doing exercise our life span increases so one must do exercise regularly. What Is Junk Food: Junk Food is a term used to describe food that is high in calories from sugar or fat. Why we should not eat Junk Food: We should not eat junk food as it may increases a lot of bad cholesterol and it is unhealthy food. A healthy person can lead a happy life under all situations it is hard to live without a healthy life. What Is WHO: World Health Organization (WHO) The World Health Organization is a specialized agency of the United Nations responsible for international public health. The WHO constitution states its main objective as “the attainment y all people of the highest possible level of health”. Yoga - Key for Healthy Life Kids are born yogis and yoga encourages their creativity to flow, their fears, anger, and sadness to release, their trust in the inner self to shine and their minds and hearts to be in sync. Along with this “music therapy” combined with asanas and a good relaxation would work wonders for the child. For all this to happen first the parents need to be stress free and enjoy practicing yoga with their child – trust me it’s a lot of fun and rewarding too!
