Will test FRP, enlargement, PT (interior/exterior) and steel. Whatever is best for that project? Client signs off on the process. Once approved, full shop drawings created. Investigate and more upstream than PM Leads to written report with recommendations which leads to the sale of repair Does work for contracting work to come from it. Won’t do it as 3rd party and just do recommendation. Handover process is broken. Written report and 30 minute phone call to someone for handover. Once it goes into construction process, no visibly into project. Cannot know if investigate leads to construction. Dashboard would be niceREQUIREMENTS Very manual process, everything is written down, photos and field notes which leads to CAD drawings. Never used outside of printing to PDF. Starting to do laser scan and drones. 50-70k for investigating a cooling tower, if lift is used, cost goes way up. Typical could be 5-6 days but if drone is used 2-3 days for crew to be on site. Live VR with drone inspection, minimalize travel costs. Do 80 inspections a year but if they can go to 120, which would be great. Creating report is very time consuming, old-school process (digital camera, field notes, hand) Want to do 3D views, stuck with 2D views but that should be changing Material availably is sometimes leading design. Make sure warehouse has enough. Person to person with warehouse to see inventory. Industrial jobs is driving the use of Revito Likes the idea of transferring information to the field. Isn’t opposed to changing.NEEDS Struggle with timing of handover, Technical and cost analysis of repair. No health check for marketing use, maybe NDA. Some service life modeling, service life extending. Time and location stamped photo would be very nice. Increase the quality of the report instead of taking another job and working with it. Have model on iPad and show owner where issues are. Visual tools and historical data, tools to present data, tools to present what they are getting to highlight better results that they will get with going with Structural. Mostly exterior plant work No visual presentations for customer proposal. Would like to get into that. Field Investigating is key to getting back to engineers, sometimes going into field for data collection. Operations will do GPR, chipping, etc.PROPOSED WORKFLOW_QUALITY CONTROL

PROPOSED WORKFLOW_QUALITY CONTROLReduce rework with proactive quality managementThe construction quality problems that cost the most are the ones thatyou miss. Standardize quality workflows gain visibility into all projectissues, and quickly assign and resolve those issues.KEY CAPABILITIESA simple checklist builder makes sure your whole team is maintaining your quality standards, and an elegant mobile experience-- on Android or iOS -- makes executing checklists and resolving issues an experience every worker can adopt.
