Tolling CapabilitiesRoscom also specializes in tolling a variety of plastics, ranging from Specialty Rigidsto Low Flexible PVC and CPVC, as well as other engineering resins. We protect ourcustomers’ formulations with Secrecy Agreements, specialized quality controltailored to their product, Custom Bar Coding, and Private Labeling. With the use of our new state of the art scaling system Roscom has the ability to weigh all of the raw materials when the materials are received, as production creates masterbatches, and on line adjustments if required by customers. The scaling data is then sent to Roscom Enterprise where we track raw amounts, with our ProcessingSpecifications Program, identify production yields with our Production Reporting,and evaluate Quality Control with the help of our highly trained QC lab. Roscom alsohas extra facility space to designate working areas where masterbatches are createdfor multiple companies, so that the raw materials and finished goods are stored intheir own designated areas.
