RACE HEADQUARTERSThe NCAA Hall of Champions, locatedin White River State Park, is the raceheadquarters for all three Miler Seriesevents.NCAA Hall of Champions700 W. Washington St. 1. NCAA Hall of ChampionsIndianapolis, IN 46204 2. State Government Garage 3. Indianapolis Zo o NCAA Hallof Champions Parking fills up fast, so please arrive early. PARKING INFO/MAP While you will likely pay for parking, please note that the 500 Festival does not profit from any parking fees. Feel free to park in any nearby public parking facility. Hare are three convenient options near the NCAA Hall of Champions: White River State Park Parking Garage State Government Garage Indianapolis Zoo (open for 10-Miler only) EVENT TIMES 3-Miler: doors open at 7:30am; race starts at 9am 6-Miler: doors open at 7:30am; race starts at 9am 10-Miler: doors open at 6:30am; race starts at 8am Pre-Registration and bib pick-up are available race day when doors open and will close five minutes before the start of the race. GEAR STORAGE AREA If you have items you need to store during the race, you may do so in the NCAA Hall of Champions on the second floor. Please note that this area will NOT be monitored by security. The 500 Festival, NCAA and the NCAA Hall of Champions will NOT be responsible or liable for any lost or misplaced items. Don’t forget your things! Items that are not picked up immediately following the race will be donated to charity.6



OTHER MILER SERIES INFO Pit Stations will be set up at all three events. See course maps for locations so you can plan your hydration schedule. • An 18-minute-per-mile pace will be enforced for each event. • All pit stations will have water and Gatorade. • Portalets will also be located at each station. Safety first! Most streets will only be partially closed for the events, so please stay within the cones. Also, please remember that walkers should stay to the right of the course to allow for passing on the left. WEATHER POLICY Race officials may cancel, delay or change the event in case of extreme weather or other conditions that may affect the safety and health of the participants. In the event of cancellation, refunds will not be issued. For the latest weather information, please tune to WTHR, Channel 13 or 93.9 The Beat on race day or follow us on Twitter @500Festival. RACE REGULATIONS Participants will: • Not be allowed to participate without a visible bib number • Not be allowed on the course before the official start • Not participate with another person’s bib number • Obey all directions by course marshals, police and safety personnel (streets will not be completely closed) Unregistered participants, unauthorized vehicles, bicycles, motorized or gear-driven vehicles, skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, strollers, baby joggers and animals are prohibited along the course. All race regulations comply with liability insurance requirements and ensure your safety and the fairness of the event. For your safety and the safety of others, please allow room for faster individuals to pass you. If you are running and walking with friends, please do not line up more than two abreast. We will be utilizing partial lane closures during each event. Please stay alert for vehicular traffic.8

In order to receive anaccurate time, please confirm your bib is: • Clearly visible on the front of the torso • Unaltered and unmodified (do not fold or wrinkle) • Not covered (by your jacket, runner belts, water bottles, etc.)RUNNER TRACKINGThe 500 Festival will be offering FREE runner tracking for the 500 Festival Miler Series.This technology allows you to follow your friends, family or fellow runners. By registeringfor the program and entering an athlete’s bib number or first and last name on the runnertracking webpage, users of the feature can follow a runner’s time as they cross the finishline. Receive real-time via email, text messages, Facebook status updates and Tweets.Registration will be available the Monday before each race.You can use your 3-Miler and 6-Miler times for seeding for the OneAmerica 500 FestivalMini-Marathon to get a better spot at the Start Line on May 7. Click here for moreinformation. All seeding must be sent by March 15.GETTING YOUR RESULTSThanks to the ChronoTrackBib Timing Device,you’ll know exactly how fast you finish the course.You can use your smartphone to scan the QRcode on your bib and instantly receive your finishtime. Results will also be available on site as wellas online at IndyMini.com. Note that you may useyour 3-Miler and 6-Miler times for seeding for theOneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon.NOTE: QR CODE times will be available instantly to pre-registered participants only. Dayof registration results will be available via QR CODE approximately 2 hours post event orinstantly via the results table inside the NCAA Hall of Champions.EVENT TIPArrive early!
