Cut Score Establishment The standard setting meeting was conducted 14 February 2018. The purpose of this meeting was to establish the cut score for the CPT exam. The Nedelsky and Angoff (modified) methods were used to determine the passing score. The analysis involved surveys among 7 experts. The resulting data were processed using descriptive statistics methods, in accordance with the procedure contemplated by the methods specified. The statistic indicated the cut score was 60 points.
