สถาบันั บริหิ ารจััดการเทคโนโลยีแี ละนวัตั กรรม (iNT) มีเี ป้า้ หมายในการส่่งเสริมิ สนับั สนุุน ร่่วมพััฒนาการสร้้างงานวิิจััย นวััตกรรม นำ�ำ เสนอเทคโนโลยีีของมหาวิิทยาลััยมหิิดลไปสู่�่ศููนย์์กลางด้้านการสร้้าง นวัตั กรรมในระดัับนานาชาติิ Institute for Technology and Innovation Management is a service organisation of Mahidol University established to promote an excellent environment for technology transfer, innovation management and collaboration with industry that being done through national level and international level.

“เราเรียนรูอ้ ะไรจากสถานการณ์ โรค COVID-19 บา้ ง” โดย ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. นายแพทย์ภทั รชยั กีรติสนิ รองอธิการบดีฝา่ ยวจิ ัย มหาวทิ ยาลยั มหดิ ล ตลอดปีท่ีผ่านมา เราได้เห็นว่าการดำ�เนินชีวิตตามปกติ อาจจะไม่สามารถรองรับการ เปลยี่ นแปลงทร่ี นุ แรงและรวดเรว็ ไดอ้ ยา่ งเตม็ ที่ จงึ ไดเ้ หน็ ชดั เจนขนึ้ วา่ เราจ�ำ เปน็ ตอ้ งพฒั นา องค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัย เพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมและแนวทางปฏิบัติท่ีจำ�เป็นที่สำ�คัญคือไม่ใช่ เฉพาะเรอื่ งโรค COVID-19 เทา่ นนั้ แตค่ วรเปน็ การสรา้ งมาตรฐานคณุ ภาพชวี ติ ในภาพรวม ของประชากรไทย และมุง่ สูก่ ารช้ีน�ำ ไดใ้ นระดับสากล “What do we learn from the COVID-19 situation?” We have seen during the past year that our daily livings may not be ready for the abrupt and severe changes. We need to develop knowledge from researches to create innovation and new practices. Not only for COVID-19, but we should aim to improve the living quality of Thai people, leading to the international level.

ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. นายแพทยภ์ ัทรชยั กีรติสิน รองอธิการบดีฝา่ ยวจิ ยั มหาวิทยาลยั มหิดล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล มุ่งม่ันมาอย่างต่อเนื่องท่ีจะนำ�จุดแข็งจากความ เชีย่ วชาญของนักวจิ ัยจ�ำ นวนมาก มาแปรเปน็ องค์ความรู้ทีจ่ ะสรา้ งผลงานนวตั กรรมท่ีน�ำ ไปใชป้ ระโยชนใ์ นเชงิ สาธารณะและเชงิ พาณชิ ย์ เพอื่ ขบั เคลอ่ื นความกา้ วหนา้ ของสงั คมและ เศรษฐกิจ โดยสถาบันบรหิ ารจดั การเทคโนโลยแี ละนวัตกรรม (iNT) เปน็ ศนู ยก์ ลางในการ ชว่ ยประสานงานและสนบั สนนุ การด�ำ เนนิ งานของคณะและสถาบนั ตา่ งๆ ของมหาวทิ ยาลยั รวมไปถึงการรับโจทย์วิจัยบนพ้ืนฐานความต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์จากภาคอุตสาหกรรมและ ภาคเอกชน เพื่อให้ได้ผลงานวิจัยที่ตอบโจทย์ทางการตลาดได้อย่างแท้จริง ภายใต้การ ด�ำ เนนิ งานของศนู ยร์ ว่ มคดิ พาณชิ ยน์ วตั กรรม (MICC) และการใหบ้ รกิ ารของ MaSHARES Co-working & maker Space ซง่ึ อ�ำ นวยความสะดวกในการจดั ท�ำ ตน้ แบบผลติ ภณั ฑ์ รวม ถึงการสนบั สนนุ ทนุ พัฒนาตอ่ ยอด (Preseed Fund) ซง่ึ ทางสถาบนั ใหก้ ารดูแล ด�ำ เนิน การ และคมุ้ ครองดา้ นทรพั ยส์ นิ ทางปญั ญา เพอ่ื ใหม้ โี อกาสในการน�ำ ไปสกู่ ารอนญุ าตใหใ้ ช้ สทิ ธใิ นผลงานนวตั กรรมได้อยา่ งถูกต้องตามหลกั สากล Mahidol University continuously brings the strength of our researchers and translates the expertise to create an invention for the benefits of public and commercial, as the primary vehicle to advance our society and economy. The Institute for Technology and Innovation Management (iNT) is at the university center to facilitate and support all faculties and institutes. We also closely connect with industrial and private sectors to acquire the actual needs from a market in order to formulate the related research projects. In addition, Mahidol-Industry Connection Center (MICC) and MaSHARES Co-working and maker Space under our operation facilitate business-driven researches and help develop innovative prototypes, respectively. We also provide the Preseed Fund to support the advancement of the invention. Our institute operates as the technology licensing office to manage intellectual properties and commercialization licenses with international standards.

ในปี พ.ศ. 2564 สถาบนั iNT ไดด้ �ำ เนนิ การอนุญาตใหใ้ ช้สทิ ธิ ในผลงานทรพั ยส์ นิ ทางปญั ญาในมลู คา่ กวา่ 31 ลา้ นบาท เพมิ่ ขน้ึ จากปกี อ่ นกวา่ 3 เทา่ มกี ารยน่ื ค�ำ ขอรบั สทิ ธบิ ตั ร อนสุ ทิ ธบิ ตั ร และจดแจง้ ทรพั ยส์ นิ ทางปญั ญา ประเภทอนื่ ๆ รวม 575 เร่อื ง ซง่ึ แสดงใหเ้ หน็ ถึงความร่วมมือของอาจารยแ์ ละ นกั วิจยั รวมถงึ การสนับสนุนเปน็ อยา่ งดีจากผู้บรหิ ารของมหาวทิ ยาลัยและทกุ ส่วนงาน รวมไปถงึ การตอบสนองของสถานการณ์ COVID-19 อาทิ ชดุ ตรวจ คัดกรองโรค COVID-19 อยา่ งรวดเร็ว และการวจิ ัยเชงิ ลกึ ในการพัฒนายาและ ทดสอบวคั ซนี สำ�หรับโรค COVID-19 ซึง่ มคี วามร่วมมอื กับหลายฝ่ายทัง้ ภาค รัฐและเอกชน In 2021, iNT processed licensing contracts of the university’s intellectual properties over 31 million bahts, which has increased three times from last year. There are 575 new intellectual property submissions this year. This demonstrates the uplifting momentum of our staff and researchers and great support from all executives and the faculties. For example, in response to the COVID-19 situation, we successfully invented a rapid test with an approved Thai FDA standard. We have also actively worked on drug and vaccine testing with government and industry collaborations.

We encourage domestic and international collaborations under the open innovation concept to promote multidisciplinary projects for the actual needs and sustainability. We strongly support Mahidol University to be a World Class University and promote Thailand 4.0 at the international level.
