PLC At Work Institute - San Antonio, TX July 16-18, 2019 We are so excited for you to join us for the PLC at Work Institute in San Antonio! Please think about our campus, your team, and your personal goals as you browse the sessions. Highlight sessions that fit one of those goals or that sound like something you might be interested in. That way when we arrive and get registered you will have an idea of what/where you want to go. We are attending as a team but to get the most out of our trip it would be best for us to divide up and go to as many things as possible and share ideas afterwards. TX 78205 You may leave your vehicles at Akin for the week if needed. Questions

Clothing ● Work appropriate clothing (nothing too dressy) ● Lounge clothes ● Dinner clothes (nothing fancy) ● Jacket in case it’s cold in the rooms ● Comfortable shoes Materials ● Laptop ○ You are provided with a bag, bag tag, book, pen upon registration ● Laptop charger ● Waterbottle (just in case) Questions

● We will be bringing a check with us to cover the cost of rooms (yay!!) so you won’t need to worry about that ● You will need money for your meals ○ They provide a continental breakfast but if you want something else it might be an out of pocket expense ○ You are responsible for cost of lunch and dinner and will be reimbursed after the trip ■ Per diem: lunch $11 and dinner $16.50 ○ Should we/you decide to do anything else outside of lunch/dinner it will be out of pocket for you.
