Elevate Consultancy Our analysis involves study of internal and sector specific documents and discussions with key internal and external stakeholders. Often their decisions are based on management preferences/selling ability of the vendor. This results in selecting tools which the organization is not prepared for. Our Platform/Vendor agnostic approach towards evaluation and selection helps you in selecting the appropriate IT solutions and vendors, most suitable for your unique needs. Elevate Consultancy Process Reengineering We undertake business process reengineering to enable the organizations optimize processes. The objective is to improve overall efficiency, productivity, and quality. Our Process reengineering is an involved task and covers the following elements - The existing Process is reviewed end to end i.e. Procure to Pay. This helps identify redundancies, weaknesses and their root causes across functions and sub-processes like indenting, purchase, payable, etc. - The process is redesigned to align the same with company overall objectives and using the industry best practices - Key Process KPIs are identified and linked to functions and individuals for tracking and monitoring effectiveness of the process - Leverage appropriate technology to automate the process - A detailed Process Manual/SOP is created and is available with all stakeholders Enterprise Performance management Most organizations today are suffering from data flooding and information starvation. The main reason for this situation is lack of appropriate systems and processes. Most decisions are today taken based on hunch and/or stale data. Enterprise Performance management is often viewed as ineffective by employees and managers alike. Despite the time, efforts and resources devoted to it, performance management rarely achieves its intended purpose—improving performance. Managing enterprise performance is a key part of effective leadership. Research has shown that managers who engage in effective performance management produce extraordinary business results. But many organizations fail to realize these benefits as performance management serves reactive purpose. On one hand tons of data is presented in board rooms without meaningful insights, on the other the data is used to help managers make pay decisions. They fail to leverage EPM for better business decision making to achieve its strategic vision and objectives.
