About Us Eurosafe is an alliance of the very best independent PPE and janitorial distributors across the UK and Ireland, with a group turnover of over £116m, more than 20 branches and a combined total of 751 staff. Eurosafe has an advantage over large national distributors in that its members are independent businesses that will provide customers with the benefits of smaller owner-managed businesses: Same day local deliveries, dedicated Account Managers (as opposed to regional managers with 100’s of accounts) & personal service (no outsourced call centres), whilst enjoying the advantages of a larger group governed by a common Code of Conduct and aligned procedures. All members subscribe to the group standard that ensures consistently high levels of customer service that are measured against shared KPIs. Members commit to fulfil stockholding, delivery & administrative obligations under the terms of a national contract in the unlikely event of a disaster/catastrophic failure with one member. This guarantees business continuity which cannot be offered by a single national distributor. If any single Eurosafe member suffers a disaster, the remaining 12 members will fulfil their contractual obligations, reducing the risk of non-delivery to less than 9%. All of our suppliers are required to report quarterly on delivery KPIs & will be invited to a SET (Supplier Engagement Team) meeting to address issues of under-performance if these are not resolved at the time.
