I didn’t want them to be unhappy, and I didn’t want them to be in pain. Thus, I stopped eating all animals even fish. I believe that all animals should live healthy lives, and I have the choice to not to kill them for my food.” However, there are many more reasons not to eat meat. The World Health Organization says that eating meat can cause serious diseases like cancer. I started to grow my own food at home and I love it! I have my own potatoes, tomatoes, broccoli, and pumpkins. The food tastes better, and I feel much healthier!” A vegetarian diet has a lot of health benefits including being good for your heart and your weight.
