Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH)at Workplace

Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace • ICICI HFC is a Gender Neutral Workplace and has policies and processes to safeguard employees against sexual harassment and discrimination • This policy is formulated as per the provisions of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 • “Sexual harassment'' includes any one or more of the following unwelcome behaviors (direct or implied) namely:- i. physical contact and advances ii. a demand or request for sexual favours iii. making sexually coloured remarks iv. showing pornography v. any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature

Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace • Internal Committee (IC) has been constituted to take up and inquire into cases of sexual harassment and gender discrimination • Who can raise a complaint? Any employee, intern, contract worker, vendor, customer can raise a complaint under ‘Policy against sexual harassment at workplace’ • How to raise a complaint under sexual harassment? i. Write to [email protected], ii. Contact your Manager / Human Capital Management (HCM)

Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace • The aggrieved woman should give a written complaint to any of the IC members at the earliest and in any case within 3 months from the date of occurrence of the alleged incident/ last of series of incidents • Protection/Cover under the policy for complainant i. Proceed on paid leave till closure of investigation ii. Temporary posting to another branch/ office till closure of investigation iii. No reporting relationship will continue with the respondent post investigation, irrespective of the outcome of the investigation iv. 100% confidentiality on the case details, complainant and respondent • Action taken, if proven guilty, shall include initiating disciplinary action, including a verbal or written warning, suspension, or termination of employment • Action is also taken in case of false/malicious complaint

Grooming Etiquettes – Corporate Attire for Men Shirts , Trousers & Tie • Shirts and trousers should be well washed and ironed • Shirt collar and cuffs should be buttoned at all times during office hours • Avoid keeping any bulky items in your shirt or trouser pockets • Never roll or push up your shirt sleeves during working hours • Trousers should be well fitting and of an appropriate length • If wearing a tie, the tip of the tie should touch the top of the trouser waistband and should be adjusted to suit your height • Always wear your identity card at all times during working hours 11

Grooming Etiquettes – Corporate Attire for Men Belt & Shoes • Belt is an integral part of your corporate attire and must be worn everyday • The belt should preferably match the color of the shoes • Black leather shoes with laces are preferred. During monsoons, you could wear shoes of other material but necessarily black • Keep your shoes well polished and clean at all times • Take care not to reveal bare skin while sitting/bending 12

Grooming Etiquettes – Corporate Attire for Men General • Wearing of heavy and flashy chains are not permissible. At most one simple chain is permitted • Avoid wearing more than 2 rings • Avoid wearing flashy bracelets; one may wear a single kada as per religious customs • Hair/moustache/beard should always be neatly combed/well groomed and trimmed regularly • Hands and nails to be kept clean at all times 13

Grooming Etiquettes – Corporate Attire for Women Formal Wear • Women can choose between Western formals and Indian attire • One should wear clothes that are well washed, ironed , well fitting and of an appropriate length • Shirt collar and cuffs should be buttoned at all times during office hours • Avoid keeping any bulky items in your shirt or trouser pockets • Always wear your identity card at all times during working hours 15

Grooming Etiquettes – Corporate Attire for Women General • Avoid trendy necklaces containing large stones etc. At most, one simple chain is permitted • Avoid wearing fancy or flashy accessories • Avoid wearing more than 2 rings • In case of multiple piercing, only small studs are permitted • Ensure bangles/bracelet/anklets do not make noise • Tie hair neatly and avoid any kind of funky hairstyles • Use of shiny eye or face makeup at workplace is not recommended 16
