OUR COMPANY Fidelity Builders, Inc. is a manufacturer of custom, prefabricated homes based in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, the heart of the Pacific Northwest. We utilize sustainable construction materials to responsibly build architect-designed homes to a high level of quality in a controlled environment. We are passionate about doing things right. We build the right homes, the right way, for the right people in the right time.



Fidelity Builders, Inc. exists to make a positive impact on the lives of our homeowners and our environment. We build custom prefabricated homes from our factory in the Pacific Northwest with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and an excellent experience for our home owners.



OUR PURPOSE Fidelity’s modern prefabricated homes offer a superior alternative to traditional construction. Homes built in our controlled environment are energy efficient, environmentally friendly and protected from the harmful effects of the weather during construction. The structural integrity of our homes is superior to traditional construction and our process reduces waste, the impact to a construction site, and the time to completion.

Fidelity values honesty and integrity. We deliver value in the quality of our work and our transparent and proactive communication throughout the design and construction process.





Consultation OUR PROCESS Fidelity will host a complimentary telephone call or meeting to review your construction site, desired design elements, budget, typical schedule, and modular construction expectations. We will work with your architect to provide a preliminary cost estimate to help you evaluate the feasibility of your project. If you have not engaged an architect, we can work with you to select design professionals specializing in a modular approach to construction. Design and Preconstruction Once the preliminary designs are complete, you will engage Fidelity to work with your architects and engineers to finalize the plans and specifications. We will work with you to select design elements that will help you achieve a construction price within your budget. We can coordinate the planning for the transportation of the modules to your site, and assist with selection of a local contractor who will prepare the site for the modules and finalize the work on site once the modules are delivered. Once these steps are completed, we will provide you with a detailed estimate of factory construction costs and contract documents.



Factory Construction Once the permits are approved, we will begin construction of the modules in our factory. During construction, our team of experienced craftsmen will take great care in building your modern home with an acute attention to enduring quality. We will communicate with you throughout the factory construction process, sharing photos and videos of our progress. We welcome you to visit our factory during construction to view your home, and require a final visit prior to shipment to ensure the modules meet your expectations.



Delivery & Completion Upon completion and approval for shipment, the modules will be transported from our factory to your home site. We will work with the local site contractor to coordinate the delivery and set of the modules on the foundation on your home site. The modules are usually set in one day, creating an exciting event in your neighborhood. Over the next few weeks, the site contractor will complete any necessary exterior and interior finishes so your new modern home is ready for you.



Fidelity representatives are on site to help with the success of your project as it nears completion. This includes working with local subcontractors to help ensure plumbing, electrical and mechanical connections are properly made.

OUR HISTORY Modular construction techniques, although not broadly known, have been around for many years. Architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright used them in the construction of homes that can still be seen today. The founders of Fidelity Builders have owned and operated a family construction company committed to excellence and quality craftsmanship for over 30 years. They recognized the advancements and advantages of prefab construction for certain home owners and knew that their wealth of expertise, experience and attention to detail would be ideal for custom prefabricated homes. Fidelity Builders Inc. was founded as an Oregon corporation in August, 2012. The strength of Fidelity Builders is the skill of our experienced craftsmen and our commitment to quality construction. We recently moved into a new production facility and have expanded our production capacity to over 30,000 square feet. We are excited to continue to utilize modern solutions to create custom prefab dwellings with a commitment to enduring quality.



OUR FOUNDERS Duane Knox PRESIDENT Duane has over 35 years of practical construction experience as both a skilled craftsman and an accomplished project manager, with experience as an on-site superintendent, project manager, chief estimator, and design consultant. Duane has extensive experience in commercial, light industrial, and residential projects. Daryl Knox CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Daryl is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Oregon and an active partner in a top 100 accounting firm in the United States. Daryl has earned the designation of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional and has specialized in financial statement attestation, income tax planning, and strategic business planning to closely held businesses in the construction industry for over 20 years Steve Knox OFFICER Steve has over 35 years of experience in the construction trades as a skilled craftsman and project manager. Steve has experience in both commercial and residential construction and developed expertise in carpentry and specialized concrete finishes. Steve’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are important elements to achieving the highest level of quality. Larry Knox OFFICER Larry has over 35 years of experience in the construction trades as a skilled craftsman, equipment operator, and project manager. Larry is experienced with coordinating construction activities and motivating construction crews to meet schedule and budgetary targets.

OUR TEAM Randy Rothweiler DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS For 16 years, Randy worked in retail store management. Because of his passion for construction he transitioned into a residential homebuilder running his own company for 10 years. He enjoyed working closely with homeowners to design, implement and complete their new home. Following his site built experience was 7 years of modular construction consisting of both residential and commercial projects. Kam Mahi PROJECT ADMINISTRATION QUALITY & SAFETY Kam has over 30 years of experience in software development, system administration and IT management. He has worked for Fidelity since 2013 and has worked in framing, exterior and interior finishes. His attention to detail ensures projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and are properly documented from planning to delivery of the home. Kam administers the QA/ QC, SOP and safety programs for Fidelity and provides general IT support. Kurtis Don INTERIOR FINISH LEAD Kurtis has over 20 years’ experience in construction. Prior to joining Fidelity he worked 15 years for a premier custom home builder honing his skills in every phase of a project, from building the foundation through completing the interior work. He joined Fidelity in 2014 easily adapting this full project scope experience into the modular construction environment. Kurtis leads the finish department coordinating Fidelity staff and subcontractors to meet the expectations of our clients. Martin Mena FRAMING & EXTERIOR FINISH LEAD Martin has over 17 years’ experience in modular construction having previously worked for a modular manufacturer that built for both the commercial and residential markets. In his previous capacity, he was a Lead in wall framing for 8 years. He joined Fidelity in 2014 expanding his role to overall Framing and Exterior Finish Lead.
