TRIANGULAR CONCEPT Shaping The Trainees Article by Mr. Murugan G, Regional Head, South We believe that, continuous patting and motivation activities carried out by our trainers and the parents, brings in the desired result to shape the students for the necessary skill sets. Such strong belief has brought out results in shaping the trainees. The word of mouth on our services spread by the parents has positively impacted the admission in to our SLCs with least efforts put in by us compared to previous occasions. The tireless Parents Meet programs conducted by us has brought in values to our programs and outcomes as expected. The meet helps us to: a) Communicate about RIL (Redington India Ltd) & RF (Redington Foundation) activities to the parents. b) Win the parents support in order to guide their wards about the importance of the skill training by conveying where their wards lack in. c) Obtain the parents consent to place their ward in any entry level job. d) Make use of the opportunity to exhibit the skill level of their wards on one to one basis. e) Introduce the expert trainers who train their wards in different area of skills. f) Avail opportunity to invite alumni for testimony, which motivates the students and create confidence among the parents about our training activities. Always during the parents meet, the importance of Triangular concept is emphasised, i.e. a single dot will bring no shape, double dots will bring nothing other than a line, whereas, three dots can create a shape of the triangle and the each corner of triangle represents the equal contribution of Trainers, Parents and the candidates themselves to shape their skills.
