ARTWORK GUIDELINESOur desire is to provide you with the best quality graphics for your products. You can help us in that effort by providing digital art files usingthe following guidelines. Our purpose is to assist you in the process of creating and submitting artwork. If you are sending us completed, printready files please pass this information on to your graphic designer or art department. Our goal is to receive a proper file format to avoid poorimage reproduction.Our artwork department works best with \"vector\" files. These are files that can be reduced and enlarged in size without any \"jagged\" edges orloss of quality. Common vector formats are .eps and .ai which are produced in programs like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw. To view a vectorfile, you must have a professional art program such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw. NO! Saving a bitmap inside a file type like .eps or .ai willnot turn it into a vector file! It will only embed the bitmap in the file. Some professional programs have a function to trace a bitmap into vector,but even still it can be a difficult process without knowledge. BADGE RELEASE PROGRAM Badge Release Programs started years ago due to the necessity of needing to produce a large quantity of silk-screened or hot stamped name badges. It just wasn't feasible to produce a small number of name badges using these two production methods. Customers would often times have to order more name badges at the time of produc- tion then they needed. Thus, the beginning of the Badge Release program. Times have changed. With the rapid rise of digital production, name badges are mostly produced at the time of the order. Level 7 is pleased to continue the Badge Release Program even in these changing times. The program has changed from a necessity to a money saver. The sole purpose of the Badge Release Program is to save you money. Example: your customer is rebranding and needs 500 name badges right away, but will need name badges in quantities ranging from 1 to 25 going forward. If you buy at the 1,000 piece price and add the Badge Release charge, it will render significant savings. Also, one invoice is much nicer than multiple invoices (for everyone!). Details: 500 piece minimum. Badges will incur a $1.05 release charge. This will cover shipping, storage, and production expenses. This charge will be billed at the time the order is placed.
