NAME BADGE COMPARISON NAME BADGES / ENGRAVED Our most economical badge. The material is a 2-ply ABS plastic. The names and/or graphics will be engraved from the top exposing the core color. This particular badge is limited to two colors (the cap color and the core color). Users: Someone that doesn’t need a full-color logo, or a logo at all, and is looking for an entry level name badge NAME BADGES / DIGITALLY PRINTED Our most popular badge. These badges are priced the same regardless of the number of colors or what graphics are printed on the badge. Our badge printers also have the ability to print white or clear ink. The material is ABS plastic with an industry leading ink receptive coating. Users: Someone wanting a full-color logo and our most popular name badge NAME BADGES / PVC The specifications for our PVC line of name badges mirrors that of our Digitally Printed badges (almost). The lone exception is the material. Our PVC badges are manufactured using .030” PVC whereas our Digitally Printed badges are manufactured using .060” ABS. We describe our PVC badges as a less expensive alternative to our Digitally Printed badges. Users: Someone wanting an entry-level, digitally printed name badge NAME BADGES / LENSES Want to stand out from the crowd? Add a lens to your Digitally Printed badge and an instant domed look is achieved. These badges are produced using a .020” aluminum insert with your text/graphics printed directly to it. This insert snaps into the badge lens, thus giving it the domed effect (and the benefit of some added durability). Users: Someone in an office environment looking to upgrade from our base digitally printed badge NAME BADGES / IDENTIFIER FRAMES These badge frames are a new product for Level 7 and have been a huge success. This product line consists of a digitally printed insert inside of an 1/8” thick badge frame. The frame achieves a more substantial looking badge while adding a very minimal amount of weight. Any Digitally Printed badge can fit inside of the badge frames. VINYL / RTA SIGNS HOW TO APPLY YOUR VINYL GRAPHICS. Step 1 / CLEAN THE SURFACE Use a dry cloth to clean the surface. Step 2 / SECURE w/ MASKING TAPE Tape the vinyl graphic in place and measure from multiple vantage points to ensure that it is positioned symmetrically. Step 3 / TAPE IN PLACE Once you are satisfied with the position, apply another piece of tape across the top of the vinyl graphic. Step 4 / REMOVE BACKING PAPER With the tape functioning as a hinge, flip the vinyl graphic around and carefully remove the backing paper from the transfer tape. Step 5 / APPLY THE GRAPHIC With the graphic in place, apply pressure with a credit card. Working from the center to the edge, evenly force the air from beneath the image. Step 6 / REMOVE THE TRANSFER TAPE Remove the tape from the top of the graphic. Now carefully peel away the transfer tape.// RTA stands for ‘Ready-To-Apply’. Your pre-cut vinyl text or graphics will be supplied with a carrier paper attached to the vinyl for ease of installation. Of course, if you’d like help with the installation, just let us know.
