Upon publication of the final affirmative antidumping determination, Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to continue to collect cash deposits equal to the final applicable dumping rate. The petitioner is Vulcan Threaded Products Inc., Pelham, AL, USA. The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is currently scheduled to make its final injury determination on or about November 29, 2019. If the ITC reaches an affirmative final injury determination, Commerce will issue an AD order.
