The Isrotel College Course Information Packet provides all the information regarding the development of employees in the Isrotel Chain, from enrolment level to senior management. The Information Packet is a tool which assists in helping build personal development plans and increase employee retention. The recommended use of this Information Packet is for employee feedback conversations when planning an individual customised training program for each employee. Participants are required to respect the integrity of the Lecture Room, the proper use of the equipment provided and to leave the Lecture Room neat and clean. 2. During training sessions, participants are asked to turn off all mobile devices. Making calls or sending messages of any kind is strictly forbidden. 3. In order to maintain continuity and prevent disturbances, participants are required to arrive punctually. Any participant who arrives late, shall be referred, by the Training Instructor, to the employee’s HR Manager, who will determine whether the delay is justified and will approve his\\her continuing attendance. 4. Following a night shift, participation in any training session is not permitted. 5. Avoid going out during the session. Adequate breaks are provided by the I nstructor and it is your responsibility to return punctually at the appointed time. 6. The Training Instructor is responsible for returning all equipment and aids made available to him\\her, to the Training Department. 7. Appropriate apparel is required. 4 | INTRODUCTION
