Instructions Step 1 -In the large mixing bowl, sift the cake flour 1 time. -Whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, egg and yolk eggs. -Gradually add in the milk, butter melted and vanilla essence, stirring to combine. -Beat until smooth and set aside 15 minutes. Step 2 -Frying pan over low high heat put butter. -Pour or scoop the butter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. -Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly Step 3 -Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Decoration and serve.

Insturctions Step1 -Sifting all-purpose flour and cake flour. -Add the sugar, yeasts and salt then mix it. -Add KS, eggs, milk and sugar then to beat it.
