Looking at the house market, the best performingsuburb, over the past 12 months, has been Upper Coomera which has seen its median sales price grow by 2.9%. The median salesprice of a home in Upper Coomera is now $499,000. Oxenford saw its median house sales price grow by 2.7% with the median pricenow sitting at $535,500 and Pimpama eased -2.0% across 224 individual sales with a median of $485,000.The most traded suburb for houses in our area has been Upper Coomera with 504 homes sold over the past 12 months while Coomerahad the most unit sales with 300 transactions. House prices in Upper Coomera have performed well with growth of 2.9% and now havea median price of $499,000.Over the past month, about $3,608,483 in units and $14.87m in houses has been sold in Upper Coomera with $62.05m and $255.26mrespectively sold over the past 12 months.Coomera has demonstrated the strongest price growth for units with prices rising 25.5% over the past 12 months.
