Das Restaurant ist seit 1984 im Familienbesitz der Familie Aeschlimann.

Das Restaurant wurde von 1986 bis 1993 von Peter und Luzia Aeschlimann geführt.

1994 erfolgte der Wechsel in das Wirtshus zum Wyberg in Teufen ZH.

Nach 22 Jahren – im März 2016 – kehrten wir wieder in die Wirtschaft zum Schöntal zurück.

Unser Wirtshus zum Wyberg wird als Hauptbetrieb von Sohn Martin und seiner Frau Carol Aeschlimann geführt.
