THE SHOPS & ESTABLISHMENT ACT Why Shop and establishment Act Compliance? This Act is the State specific Act and is coming under the purview of the State Government. All the 29 states and 7 union territories every where if any activity is carried on by the employer which is coming under the definition of the said Act. The employer need to obtain the Registration certificate and follow the process of the Act regarding the Working condition as stated in the Act. Hence obtaining the registration under the said Act for the particular activity is require and not obtaining the same will invite unnecessary harassment by the department and may lead to the penalty.

TRADE LICENSE Why Factories Act Compliance? This Act is applicable where ever the manufacturing process is being carried on and the State Government is the absolute authority under the Said Act. Compliance under the Act is cumbersome and require lots of effort and understanding on the Law and process. Obtaining the License under the said Act is mandatory and not having the same may cause the punitive action from the department.

THE CONTRACT LABOUR REGULATION & ABOLITION ACT Why CLRA Act Compliance? The Contract Labour (regulation and abolition) is applicable all over India for all the establishment employing the Contract labour as per the number prescribed by the appropriate Government and obtaining the Registration and License by the Principal Employer and the Contractor respectively is mandatory and not following the provision may lead to the harassment and initiation of punitive activity which may cause the damage of the reputation of the company. hence to avoid the stringent provision of the of the said Act, require the continuous monitoring and check the contractor compliance status as per the provision of the Act.

THE FIRE & SAFETY ACT Why Fire License? The Act is basically is the state specific Act and the State Government is the appropriate Authority under the Act. Following the various process and procedure under the Act require the technical knowledge and obtaining the license require the liaison skill and the good rapport in the department. Without obtaining the Fire license from the department not only hamper of obtaining the license under different other bunch of Act, but also in case of any eventuality of Fire, getting the insurance Benefit will be also difficult. Hence obtaining the license is mandatory.
