There are millions of users of Adobe Acrobat,Adobe is also the manufacturer of Photoshop, used to change otherlegal documents in this case, and there are probably billions ofpeople using WORD. These products provide metadata ondocuments, that always leaves ‘fingerprints’ of users, machines,dates, etc.

3Discovery perseverance has made observable, a new setof Evidentiary Facts, that cannot be disputed.In this case, discovering file properties: creation date and software,used for manipulation of altered documents, create a new set offacts, regarding the Freeman, brought a complaint. It’s clear andnon-technical to see the file properties when open the pdf file inAdobe Acrobat Reader (to date, unheard by the Court). The resultsadd to the probative evidence submitted for the hearing for atemporary restraining order, which was denied, given Mr. Freemanmade errors in service, plus the documents could not have beenreviewed. There were no questions from the judge regarding theremarkable evidence that was filed, and no defense from the Chaseattorneys, despite the fact the evidence clearly shows BrianHerman committing fraud. This fact, amongst other discovered newevidence, has not been disputed.These are results from looking at the metadata. In contrast, a normally scanned document is displayedas one single image that covers the entire page. • Clearly separate images and text pieces are used for the construction of the pdf file.Below is a description of the different pieces of images and text,from what the pdf file was intentionally assembled, when layers oftext and images were placed together to create a ‘puzzled’document. 11The following pages are the clear overlays for 4 differentdocuments, all Loan Transfer History official Chase attorneysubmitted documents.Conclusion:Thus, a document created with the help of editing software andassembled from separate images and edited text raises doubtbeyond reasonable, about the authenticity and reliability of the(false) Evidence provided to the court by Chase attorneys. Thisaction and behavior by Chase create a Fraud Upon the Court. • There are many other deceptive documents used by Chase Attorneys, including NOT providing the revisions to the Purchase and Assumption Agreement they base their case on. This fact, by itself, should dispel any claims of Standing.

12The proof of Chase Ability to delete,redact, white out, copy and movesignatures, numbers and codesWhat is a Loan Transfer History and why was thisdocument altered, redacted and changed?The LTH is a critical legal document showing the varioussales, transfers, repurchases, and title insurance status.New Discovery proves Chase has no 'Standing' and is not the'True creditor' of Freeman Property. The LTH contains the arcanecodes that Chase attorneys refuse to reveal. Their 'expert witness(Katsikas) revealed a critical ownership code as proving Chaseownership, it has since been clearly testified (BY a ChaseExecutive).That' Ao1' means the note was securitized, whereas Katsikastestified to the opposite.We have learned the meanings of many of the codes, whichabsolutely prove the Deceptive and False claims being made byChase attorneys, is wrong.They have perjured themselves.
